The OEM parts were pricey and since my truck is nine years old, I couldn't justify using them. The staff were accommodating and had zero problems using the third party parts and thus saving me hundreds of dollars. They were very nice, finish the job as on time as promised, charged reasonably and if I need anything else repaired in the future I will undoubtedly return.

He left a handprint in the paint on the bumper while looking under to see missing clip. Scratches remain in same part of the trim also. This same employee said they used water based paint and to go to dealer to get Toyota paint to cover and that it wasn't part of original impact. Of course it was or it was damage from them. Another week later and I find out they never ordered the clip that needs to be placed. Another employee asked for me to send pictures yesterday. I did.
