After two weeks at the shop, we went to pick it up…read more Immediately noticed a trim piece on the bumper pulling away, their employee saying it's missing a clip. He left a handprint in the paint on the bumper while looking under to see missing clip. Scratches remain in same part of the trim also. This same employee said they used water based paint and to go to dealer to get Toyota paint to cover and that it wasn't part of original impact. Of course it was or it was damage from them. Another week later and I find out they never ordered the clip that needs to be placed. Another employee asked for me to send pictures yesterday. I did. Now no return phone calls and he's in a meeting when I call. Do not take your car to this center and if your insurance company suggests it, avoid at all costs.
