He left a handprint in the paint on the bumper while looking under to see missing clip. Scratches remain in same part of the trim also. This same employee said they used water based paint and to go to dealer to get Toyota paint to cover and that it wasn't part of original impact. Of course it was or it was damage from them. Another week later and I find out they never ordered the clip that needs to be placed. Another employee asked for me to send pictures yesterday. I did. Now no return phone calls and he's in a meeting when I call. Do not take your car to this center and if your insurance company suggests it, avoid at all costs.

If I had to critique 1 thing, the paint color was slightly off, but that was not a reflection of their service. This was the person that came in and made the color match for them. It did not have as much metal fleck in it. Susan offered to redo the paint job, but it was not enough of a notice to have them redo that. I actually like the slight difference in the color. Originally they were sought to install both of my new aftermarket bumpers with all of the goodies on my 2021 Toyota Tundra. Being reasonably priced and installing unexpected added items of a rear light bar, and new brakelights, as well as leveling out my nerf/side step bars, they have earned my customer loyalty. They even painted 2 unexpected extra tow hooks to match my paint at a very reasonable rate. I mentioned a scuff in my rear quarter panel and even that was buffed out as a courtesy. A family business since 1979, Jason Hoff has taken the reigns handed down from his father Neal Hoff who clearly installed knowledge, drive and a great old school attitude backed up by solid new school tech and efficiency in his son.
