I had a disasterous situation a few years back, and State Farm made good on it. Two years later, what began as a quick account review by Justin at Coe's office to see if State Farm could meet my USAA rates...became a meet and BEAT by far. Between the rate beat and an added incentive to bundle, I actually decided to up my coverages too(as it was 'found' $, that I didn't have before).
