The staff from 24/7 Service Pros was very helpful and prompt. They immediately inspected the spot I thought was mold and informed me it was just a mark from some welding the previous tenant had done on the AC unit. Adam promptly returned my message and offered an appointment time for the next day. He thoroughly inspected our wall and ran a mold test that contrasted the mold counts inside our house and compared that to an outside reading.
