After a long process, that amount was cut down to $3,800. That alone was frustrating enough, but it got worse. They also tried to bill for mold remediation that was never done and never approved. I had told them clearly that I was NOT going to use them for that service. Trying to charge my insurance for work they didn't perform felt completely dishonest. If transparency, fair pricing, and honest business practices matter to you -- I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

They sent me to their provider to see the tile choice I had and I chose one that I was expecting to cost a lot (pure white). Once Voge started, they showed up promptly, did that day's work, and ended on the 9th day. They cleaned up to my wife's satisfaction, which could've been the hardest part.
