Run from this company! All the good reviews are before the the company got sold a few months ago. I was promised that the service provided to my home would be collected directly from the insurance company. My claim is still open and my attorney going to mediation to finalize the claim but the new owner sent my account to collections without even contacting me. He's overcharging $20K for a few fans and some drill holes on the wall. They ruined my credit for no reason, my claim is on going and they tried to bully me into paying out of pocket knowing that's not their rate. I had a leak under my bathroom vanity. My neighbor underneath contacted me with the issue. I had the leak fixed. I told my plumber I think that there is water underneath the vanity as I smelled something. We contacted water damage clean. Kevin came and spoke to me and advised me to get this dried out. The hightlight of this experience was Mr.Angel Solis. This was the most polite gentleman who I ever met. He was so accommodating in checking on the amount of water that was being extracted. He did not remove all the machines at one time because he stated you still have water and it needs to be totally removed. It is terrible but most people or service providers only render mediocre service. If you call this company for service DEMAND ANGEL BE YOUR SERVICE TECH. If I owned a business I surely would steal this worker from this company. I can't say enough great things about the team at Water Damage Clean. From the front office folks all the way down to the teams in the field, these guys are true professionals. We had a bad shower pan leak and the water went straight through to the garage. The team came out immediately, the coordinated with company that handled the testing for mold, when the results came back Jared and the team set up containment and went to work making our home safe to live in while they went about the task of getting rid of the mold in the walls and sub-flooring. The team laid down protective walking surfaces throughout the house so that they wouldn't damage the flooring and they cleaned up every single day when they were done with their tasks for that day. They were in my home for about 5 days and they were perfect. I hope I never need to use their services again but if I do. I wouldn't consider calling anyone else but Water Damage Clean. Beyond superb! There was a leak in my unit from a broken pipe in the wall in the unit above me. Michael and his team were already in the building providing service to the flooded unit above. Michael measured the wet areas in the wall and offered services. Their team deals directly with the insurance, I just had to sign the paper and had to pay nothing. Right away they placed heavy duty dryers and air cleaner in the affected areas. I was quite stressed and had many questions which Michael answered in a clear and easy to understand manner. Michael came daily, for 3 days to measure the wetness. He came exactly, to the minute, as promised. He addressed all my concerns and was friendly and reassuring. He and his team completed the job efficiently, repeatedly checking the progress and and reporting to me. They did a very clean job. They were very professional and pleasant to work with. Water Damage Clean was a true life saver! My rental property was flooded and I only found out about it at 2AM when my neighbor called to notify me. I found them online and immediately called since it said they work 24/7. They had someone at my house before I was even able to get there to let them in!
