The server then said, "If you don't tip, I can't serve you next time." even after three of four people at our table tipped. When the person asked if that meant they couldn't come back to the restaurant, she said yes. The suggested tip started at 18% for lunch. If refusing service or banning customers for not tipping is restaurant policy, it should be clearly stated before customers order. The food itself was bland and lacked authentic Korean flavors.
