Which is BAD medical practice and I ended up reporting the establishment for this. The owner emailed me and told me I got a "good deal and just need to wait for my results" and refused a partial refund for the experience. I ended up paying $275 which I was not prepared to pay and I would have 100% refused service if I had known that is what I would be paying as I get a better deal at my usual spot. Just be aware if you're going for the first time make sure to tell them budget and units you want or they will just do as they see fit to get your money. Disgusting greedy behavior truly. Other than that the front desk people were nice and the environment was nice as well.

Dariess was wonderful and explained exactly what she was doing through each step of the facial, which consisted of cleansing (I went in with makeup still on but not a problem since they will cleanse), exfoliation, hydration, hot towels, and LED light therapy. I thoroughly enjoyed the treatment and my face looked hydrated and fresh afterwards. The spa was very welcoming, clean & fresh, and decorated with class.
