He immediately began talking about some renovation program he had to offer. Every time I asked a legit question about money, investments, etc. He had a very quick scripted answer. Something about him was fishy from the start. Afterwards, I took a while to ask around and do some research. My gut was right! Steve Reger has several lawsuits against him, some from old contractors he never paid, some from investors that he stole money from, even from building supply stores he never paid. All of this is public record. I asked other agents about him and they all said "STAY AWAY" he is "NO GOOD". I am so glad I did. Apparently he is so wanted by the courts he fled to Arizona.
