My 2004 Honda Accord had never. Ever. Had a auto detail service done to it. In the 14yrs I've had my car, it's all been about at home car wash, or the kind you drive through and get a free vacuum at the end. So, needless to say, it...it was bad. Aumari, the owner, spent 6 long hours working on my car, inside and out, and IT SHOWS. When i saw the end result i didn't even recognize it! It was shiny and even the paint looked redone! The body of the car even feels silky to the touch. The seats inside look DARKER. Like HOW. AND ALSO EW??? Aumari told me that the fabric had a lot of dust build up, and that it was pretty bad in general. He even restored the headlights! They went from foggy yellow to clear as new! I'm actually going to be able to see at night, say what?? The inside even has the clean, new car, smell. Hi. Ive been using Amauri for about two years. He comes to my business. Ive tried a couple detailer, not many really. But my tint guy recommended him and I NEVER TURNED BACK! I didn't kno a dude could be this meticulous. Really. Amauri does amazing work. Inside, I have cat hair on everything I own. When he's finished, there is no hair in my car. UPDATE 9/19/20: I was washing the trailer recently and noticed on the front an issue with the polishing near the roofline. As you can see the top of the front slopes way back and is difficult to reach even with a ladder. I could see that Amauri had trouble reaching it also on the original job and he fully acknowledged that. I asked if he could come out to look at it and he said no problem. Within a couple of days he fit me into his busy schedule and arrived. We discovered I cold simply lower the trailer tongue jack to its lowest position which allowed Amauri to fully reach this difficult area. He repolished the entire upper surface and recoated it with the ceramic coating. The front is now fully restored and the heavy oxidation has been replaced with a "like new" shiny sheen from top to bottom! Amauri stood behind his work completely and covered the redo at no cost. So this is a different review because unfortunately, I was unable to receive service as agreed upon. Before I start, I understand people are human. We get sick, hurt, family things, etc. I think most people are totally understanding of that as am I. My issue is purely communication. I had major surgery on my shoulder and I'm currently recovering, so I cannot wash my toy hauler on my own right now. We have a trip planned for today through the weekend, and my trailer needed a wash, so I sent out a request for quotes. He did offer me the lowest price for my trailer and my truck, so I booked with him for 9am the day were set to leave, so I can have a nice clean rig before we take off. At 8:49 am, I received a message from him stating his knee is hurting him and that he had to cancel. Again, we're human, we get hurt and I am sympathetic to that. However at 8:49am, he should have already been in his vehicle almost to my home. So it wasn't like he just injured it. My issue is purely just communication. You gotta give your clients, and especially first time clients, a bit more of a heads up than just 11 minutes. I tried to find someone else to do it, but being that he told me literally last minute, I couldn't find anyone else. Sure, I can totally camp in a dirty trailer. Everything will all work just fine and I'm sure we're still gonna have fun. That's not the point tho. I read another review that if he receives a better paying job to do, he will cancel on you and take that job. Now I have no idea how true this is, or if there is any validity to it. But it would appear that there may be a pattern of canceling on clients last minute. There are a lot of mobile detailers out there on yelp, and reputation is key! I mean, we all pick businesses to use based off previous reviews. We all look! If he would have given me any decent amount of a heads up other than 11 minutes, I wouldn't have written this review. Only reason why 2 stars over 1 was because he was always polite. I hope he feels better soon, because he told me he had to cancel all his jobs for the next 2 weeks. So if you're reading this, unfortunately he won't be able to help you until 3/18/21 since that's the 2 week mark. I hope he feels better soon and that he improves on his communication. read more
