His price was fair and documentation of services was thorough. Communication was fast and complete. In my first life, I was a car detailer and I am hard to please. Ben was beyond thorough. He took 2-days to paint correct my truck and half a day to coat it. It looks perfect; actually, better than perfect. His attention to detail is not lost only me. I've hired and paid so many Detailers to ceramic coat vehicles, I am experienced with what the typical service entails and am saddened by the lack of care/passion that's resulted from an abundance of detailers and the pressures of price competition. Ben is a cut above - as long as he is in this industry, he'll be the one to coat my vehicles. He's more expensive than others, but absolutely worth it!

And why these car washes are going extinct! I got the Gold Wash which ended up being $43.99 with a military discount and add'l charge for the side of the truck - if I didn't know any better this is a scam, a rip off for the prices they offer! From the moment I exited my truck to when they were done with it was 15min tops! Windows didn't get cleaned, carpet was not fully vacuumed, and the interior was not even wiped down. Spend your money elsewhere!

I am filing a lawsuit and reporting to several consumer agencies including California Automotive Repair Commission..I already have an attorney. He must use at least 10 different products, all well known , Chemical guys, Meguiar's, yada, yada. He spent about half time on the interior, and the rest on exterior. Total time, 2 hours. My vehicle is a white ,2019 Honda CRV, and I have never had my interior detailed. Glad that I did. He used a leather conditioner on my leather interior. Another solution on my mats, another on my dash. Every surface looks like new. He is incredibly thorough. I originally just wanted my exterior done, but for his reasonable rate, I recommend getting the complete job, like I did. Not sure of the polishing product, he applied with a buffer pad, from a cordless drill, to my exterior. He did it in small sections, then he hand polished with a micro fibre cloth and I'm very happy with the super shiny result.
