Staff here is unbelievable. No skills for customer service at all. Rude looks when you walk in. If you ask a question, they act like you're bothering them. They just seem absolutely annoyed to do their job and help. Their billing is extremely poor too. Received an invoice that did not show the full amount paid on the initial appointment, so we received other statements to pay a bill that made absolutely no sense. Took a 15 minute call to get it explained and sorted. Waste of my time. Just bill properly. read more

Me and my daughter had amazing experience at this place right when you walk in it's amazing from getting eye exams together to picking out glasses and getting them and fitting right on the face. They are very patient and kind. I will be only going to them for my family's eye sight. read more

I love Insight Eyecare. The staff and environment are friendly, chill, and family friendly. I brought my four small children in multiple times for different appointments, and the staff here treat us all well. The last Eyecare place I used made me feel like I was annoying or difficult for bringing my well-behaved children to their over-busy office. At Insight, both Dr. Spencer and Dr. Travis are wonderful ladies who work well with both children and adults. My five year old loved Dr. Travis in particular. 100% recommend this place! read more

I had a great experience at Insight Eyecare! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Inside, the office was large and clean. Dr. Rachel was able to help me figure out why I get headaches so often and why my eyes water all the time. I wish I had headed here sooner! The selection of glasses was good as well. It can be a little tricky to find...once you make the turn off to the office the road winds around behind the building. In case it helps, it's next to Donato's. I would highly recommend Insight Eyecare to anyone...it's well worth the trip! read more

Didn't have a great experience with our eye care here. My family needed a new optometrist, as my insurance was no longer accepted at my prior eye care specialist. I am not sure if it was mistakes made by the doctor or from their provider of eyeglasses, but our family of four had two pairs of glasses that were totally wrong. The first set that my wife and daughter received came with the the wrong prescription. Then, after sending the glasses back, my wife received a pair that were not quite right either. She was told that she "would get used to them" and never did. they now reside in a box because she still can't wear them. My daughters glasses were completely lost for some time and they finally showed up three months later! To top it off, her prescription wasn't quite right either! We said to h*** with it at that point and decided to find another optometrist that can get glasses for their customers when they are needed. Very disappointed that so little effort was put in to rectify our issues. Barely worth the two stars. Only gave two stars because the initial visit was friendly. However, if I had known what was to come, I would have turned around and left. read more
