We also made sure all invoices were paid before we cancelled the service. I don't want to put too much into this response, but just look at the owner's unprofessional and toxic behavior in his response including attempt doxxing and trying defame my name with a completely unrelated situation. I've never had to deal with this level of unhinged abusive behavior over a single negative review, His behavior speaks for itself. At this point and time I feel that I was misled at best and ripped off at worst. I was very upfront with Cady when I spoke with her before signing up with Levitate. I was looking to build an online presence and generate leads. I do not need anyone to stay in touch with my clients as I do that myself. This personal touch is one of the things that sets us apart from call centers and larger firms. In the beginning, I was given a few scripts to record. I recorded the scripts and sent the videos to, I believe, Nicole. I expressed that I was unhappy with the results at that time, but she assured me they were good and that I need not worry. During the Annual Enrollment Period, I received only eight phone calls--definitely not what I was looking for during the busiest time of year, but that's what happened. Toward the latter part of October, I stopped the campaign, as it was too late to expect any changes or surplus in applications. I figured and expressed that we would circle back after the first of the year. I did not push the issue after the first of the year, so I bear some responsibility, but I never heard anything from anyone in the marketing side of Levitate, until I notified Levitate in April/May that I would not be renewing my account with Levitate. It was at this point that Levitate reached out about tools they could offer me to build my business. Where was this earlier? To be honest, the tone from Nancy and Maggie whom I spoke to on 06/05/2026, was essentially, "We will do better if you pay us more money." Why would I commit to spending more money with a firm that has let me down thus far? I understand we are in business to provide for our families, but I got the Disneyland vibes, from Nancy and Maggie: give us your money and move along. Robert has been wonderful about staying in touch with us, quarterly, setting up posts and letting us know what to expect regarding online posts in the following quarters. Whoever designed the website did a phenomenal job creating a solid site that fit my vision; I was impressed. I hate to see it go away, but I am so disappointed with this experience at this point I would be fine with it going away.
