For several years, I always received a quotation prior to renewal via email or paper submission. Today I get a letter telling me that my account has been Auto-renewed. Mind you, this letter was dated 8/31/16 yet I received it today 9/16/16. I never received an email or letter. The other weird thing is the account usually renews in April of each year and now August. And now it will be a new contract every 6 months!!!! First, I do not appreciate anyone making decisions regarding my company and cash flow without my knowledge or consent. This is outright deception and I am steaming. I also did some checking and I could have been saving $50 a month on my salon's electricity by switching to another supplier. I am waiting for a response to this company. How dare they autosign my signature and not even provide a start or end date for this contract. I would not use this company. Be warned of deceptive practices in the name of profit. They had better respond to my letter ASAP.
