Great for satisfying a late-night craving, bad for the waistline. The vegan cookies are actually pretty good and they really do come out slightly warm. I would actually prefer them a tad warmer to have that freshly baked effect. My favorite are the birthday cake ones and that's saying something because I normally don't even like birthday cake or birthday cake flavored things. It's nice that they have milk and water available for purchase. However, they don't have any vegan milk options to go with their vegan cookies. I tend to frequent this place a lot. The cookies are really good when they are done right- meaning warm and soft baked for my palate, however that is not always the case. I've ordered cookies from here before and they were cold or cooked too long and kinda crunchy. Both of which are very displeasing to me. I ask them sometimes for the soft cookies and depending on whose at the counter they will try to give you soft ones OR simply say no they can't. Some of the cashiers are really nice and accommodating while others are not so friendly and look like they would rather be somewhere else.
