During the inspection, he pointed out issues with an AC handler tucked up in the furthest reaches of the attic which were caused by a missing water sensor - something I believe most inspectors would miss. Beyond just noticing lots of small details, Craig gave advice on home maintenance, down to things such as proper water heater temps, how to take care of appliances, etc. He was on time for the appointment and took meticulous notes which were detailed enough for us to argue for a number of repairs to be made (and which the sellers were kind enough to pay for).
