The second time, he replaced the glass again (free of charge) and now the problem is even worse - the screen has several air bubbles and is frequently unresponsive & still turns off randomly, usually when I am working with a client and need to show images. A few hours later, he called me back and suddenly claimed there were multiple problems--now the motherboard "looked suspicious," and he said he might need to order special parts. I asked for proof or photos, but he just talked in circles, using a bunch of technical words to confuse me. It felt like he was making up issues just to raise the price. He said, "I already opened it up, so I have to charge you either way," and then mentioned a new fee--conveniently just under $100. I ended up paying more than double what he originally quoted, and my computer still wasn't fully working when I picked it up. It honestly felt like a scam. I saw another customer arguing with him while I was there, saying something similar. Avoid this place if you don't want to be tricked into paying for "repairs" you didn't ask for.
