If I could give this place less than one star I would. I took my daughter's iPhone 12 in for a battery replacement because the battery was draining. For $75 I supposedly got a new battery that now drains immediately. When I went back, the guy told me that's what happens because "it's an old phone." I said it would've been helpful if you would've told me that beforehand and I could've made a decision based on that. Do not get your phone battery replaced here. It will be worse than before. Excellent place. I had a smashed iPad mini screen that this store fixed beautifully. In my pictures, you can see we had to put it in a plastic bag because glass shards kept coming off. For a holiday special, the nice store manager fixed the screen for $50. There are also usually coupons in local mailers when there's no special running. First I went to ubreakifix down the block, they quoted me $200 to fix my home button and fix my screen. They were a nightmare I won't get into but I left. Went to ifixscreens. The guy was amazing, quick and quoted me 30 bucks for the button which the other place quoted 90 on. He fixed my home button, took off the cracked screen protector, put in a tempered glass and replaced my battery for 70 dollars and did it quick. Thank you! read more

Ifixscreens is an excellent concept store. Any problem with you smartphone they can fix. However, like most service oriented businesses, Ifixscreens is only as successful as its customer service. And this varies greatly. If you are fortunate enough to deal with Joe, he will put you at ease regardless of your smartphone emergency. And ensure you things will be made right. If you are unfortunate enough to deal with the "co-owner" JAY, be forewarned. He is unprofessional and has no idea how to deal with customers. He told me I brought my phone in and now it doesn't work and that it was essentially too bad. When I got upset he said over the phone "in not going to argue with you, you're yelling at me and I don't need this I have customers". When I asked what about my phone that broke under your care he said "I didn't do the repair. come get your Broken phone and hung up." Fortunately, joe gave me a loaner phone and assured the issue will be resolved. So again, good store. Good concept, good and bad customer service.
