They never started work but continued to send supplemental claims week after week for eight weeks. Then the bomb fell. After getting our hopes up, then stringing us along for eight weeks, they sent an email that they were discontinuing there interior division effective immediately. Didn't have the decency to call us in person to explain or try to help us find another contractor. If you hire these guys for anything, don't say you were not warned.

Other companies will quote the work with companies I've never heard of. Their warranties on the labor will also be like 3 years instead of what Dennis will cover. You always want a contractor to communicate with you on everything and keep you informed. This was by far the best experience I've ever had with any contractor of any trade I've ever used. Everyone was professional and respectful. The roof went up in a day and everything was covered and then cleaned up. They blamed everyone else instead of taking responsibility for the damages to my house. They blamed the gutters and they even tried to say the water damage was from the previous roof that was placed 5 years ago. I asked why they didn't fix it or at least tell me about the "water damage at the time they replaced the roof" and their response to me was "your insurance wouldn't have covered it." (That's because there was no damage when they replaced the roof) It would have been nice to know about it if it was in fact "already there". FYI my home inspector said the roof was structurally sound before the roof was replaced in February. Terrible customer service is all I can say and an expensive mistake on my part.
