I requested that they just send me to CS, Marcus was going to put me back into the vectoring system, I said no, I've spent 45 min. in that system. I want a LIVE person. So he transferred me to escalation, and I was finally able to fix my concerns with my loan. Bottom line, their Vectoring system is the absolute worst and doesn't let you speak to a live person.
