Just because their other locations closed down they make it your problem that you have to get transferred to a different location. Call you 30 minutes before your appointment to tell you that their office is gonna be closed. If you need to change a date the doctor only comes in 1 day of the month so you can't even change that and have to wait a whole other month. If the doctor goes out for a vacation somehow that's your problem and you still need to wait a whole month to get a visit. They always have new people who are inexperienced that will let you choke on your saliva. I had to contact my bank to find their new location and waited a whole year to find out where that was. Terrible experience.

I had a 10am…read moreappointment, when I arrived I told them I was there to see if I'm a fit for dental implants, the young lady advised that after x-rays and dental hygienist review the dentist would let me know if I'm a fit. She pulled up my insurance information, mind you I have my own dentist and was there specifically to discuss Dental implants. The hygienist and X-ray tech were amazing and I was thinking I might move my family family over to this location. NOT!!!! When I spoke to the dentist she did her assessment and advised she couldn't advise if I was a fit but would have to refer me. Totally not what the front desk clerk had told me. I let the dentist know that was not what the front desk clerk told me. Immediately I knew that just wanted my $$$, the dentist told me she would be right back with the referral to another Jefferson Clinic. I proceeded to let her know that I felt misled to go thru all this only to be told they couldn't provide an assessment as to whether I'd be a fit. I ask her " You do understand my frustration right?" She said yes! Well she said give me a few moments and come back with the referral, I never saw her again. After waiting almost 30 minutes I ask someone that was working there to take the dental bib off me and I was leaving. I work for a large Bank in HR, I was livid!!! Well that person led me back to the person that told me the dentist would be able to tell me if I'm a fit for implants. I politely told her thanks for wasting my time and its okay that you charged my insurance for the X-rays etc. Zero customer service!!!! Zero! No apology just a F off look as I walked out the door. You can't make this stuff up. To think I was that close to bringing my whole family over to Jefferson Dental (4 people total) and they lost that business. Jefferson Dental, you were paid on my visit but you lost a whole family and potential referrals due to service and misleading me. This is a direct reflection on the LEADERSHIP at this location, when you make it about money and miss taking care of your clients this will happen. I felt taken advantage of and I would not recommend this location to my friends or family members. Again, the X-ray tech and dental hygienist were great, but the front desk and response or lack there of is why I won't recommend Jefferson Dental Lake June.

It is the exact same dangerous, zero transparency setup. First, expect to wait at least an hour in the waiting room just to get started. Once you're finally seen, parents are completely BANNED from going to the back, keeping you cut off while your child undergoes surgery. Because I wasn't allowed back there to advocate for them, I had no idea what was happening and my child later told me that they felt pain and it hurt during the procedure even with the dental gas or numbing and yes they were aware of it and proceeded anyways. What happened afterward took it to a whole new level of medical negligence they never provided aftercare instructions!! When we asked, they claimed they ran out of paper copies, and the staff simply couldn't be bothered to print or walk back to get one. Sending a patient home after a surgical extraction with zero written care instructions or guidance is completely unacceptable and unsafe. To top it all off, I NEVER SAW THE ACTUAL DENTIST after the surgery only a dental assistant. And when I finally managed to see the dentist at the follow-up appointment, she wouldn't even listen to my concerns and was halfway out the door, ready to leave. If you want a dental practice that respects your time, lets you be there to protect your kids, speaks directly to parents, and provides basic medical safety guidelines, stay far away from this locations or else you will be wondering what is happening to your child back there alone without you.

When I get to the back the dental assistant tells me it's for a exam and cleaning. Doctor comes into the room I inform her about my child's concern and provided me with some answers and tells me to go so the specialist. Overall I could tell this place was not OSHA nor HIPAA COMPLIANT. I could see other patient information on there screen. The doctor had her shoes on half way on, assistants had cardi b nails (smh), and the patient room look like it was not disinfected in between patients as I could clearly see there was hair and debris on the chair. I would ask question about the specialist and both the doctor and the assistant could answer for me instead referred me to the office manger for answers. Assistant tells me okay sit tight someone will be in to dismiss you. Waste of time I booked an appointment with a pedo doctor who refers me to another doctor and this one didn't even tell me anything they didn't even provide me with a treatment plan on "my comprehensive examination".
