They also said the dentist's office never submitted a treatment plan to get the actual coverage prices and total cost. She told me the reason I waited so long was that she was on the phone with my insurance getting the coverage amounts. NOT! DO NOT go here! Unless you agree to their OVER INFLATED $4,000 treatment plan they won't do anything for you. Funny, my previous dentist didn't say I need all this work done. he always said I have pretty teeth. Darn insurance change! I said I couldn't afford the $1,193 deep cleaning so I'd just take the regular cleaning and they wouldn't do it. They said they'd polish my teeth and that's it. I said isn't a regular cleaning better than no cleaning at all and she said yeah, but that's not what the dr recommends, that it wouldn't address the deeper issues I have, supposedly! I said if they'd do the regular cleaning then when I got the money I'd come back for the deeper one and other treatments, but still no. So, I told them I wouldn't be coming back and they just lost a customer and left without the polishing. I have my own electric toothbrush for that. This place is like no other as it reminds me a mini mall but for dentist specialties. I went for a cleaning and x-rays. My appointment was around 7:30am and I was down out in 50 minutes which is not too bad. I wish I knew about the mini-arcade that they have in there, but then again I would be occupied and not want to have my appointment nor head to work. The only downside is they do make you fill out a lot of paperwork and it is on your phone which sometimes it makes it hard to fill out. I wish they have an option to send it through email and fill it on the computer as doing it over the phone can be tricky. Xrays was not too bad, they have this machine that does a 360 xray which was fun, they do the other x-rays which where they stick the film in your mouth and take a snapshot. It is not too bad, but that takes around 20 minutes. Then, they did my teeth cleaning which took around 15 minutes. I spent the other 10 minutes waiting to get my teeth clean and then 5 minutes for the dentist to come in and check out the teeth. Overall, I do not mind coming here for my future visit. Staff was nice and friendly and patient.
