I had a 10am…read moreappointment, when I arrived I told them I was there to see if I'm a fit for dental implants, the young lady advised that after x-rays and dental hygienist review the dentist would let me know if I'm a fit. She pulled up my insurance information, mind you I have my own dentist and was there specifically to discuss Dental implants. The hygienist and X-ray tech were amazing and I was thinking I might move my family family over to this location. NOT!!!! When I spoke to the dentist she did her assessment and advised she couldn't advise if I was a fit but would have to refer me. Totally not what the front desk clerk had told me. I let the dentist know that was not what the front desk clerk told me. Immediately I knew that just wanted my $$$, the dentist told me she would be right back with the referral to another Jefferson Clinic. I proceeded to let her know that I felt misled to go thru all this only to be told they couldn't provide an assessment as to whether I'd be a fit. I ask her " You do understand my frustration right?" She said yes! Well she said give me a few moments and come back with the referral, I never saw her again. After waiting almost 30 minutes I ask someone that was working there to take the dental bib off me and I was leaving. I work for a large Bank in HR, I was livid!!! Well that person led me back to the person that told me the dentist would be able to tell me if I'm a fit for implants. I politely told her thanks for wasting my time and its okay that you charged my insurance for the X-rays etc. Zero customer service!!!! Zero! No apology just a F off look as I walked out the door. You can't make this stuff up. To think I was that close to bringing my whole family over to Jefferson Dental (4 people total) and they lost that business. Jefferson Dental, you were paid on my visit but you lost a whole family and potential referrals due to service and misleading me. This is a direct reflection on the LEADERSHIP at this location, when you make it about money and miss taking care of your clients this will happen. I felt taken advantage of and I would not recommend this location to my friends or family members. Again, the X-ray tech and dental hygienist were great, but the front desk and response or lack there of is why I won't recommend Jefferson Dental Lake June.

This was concerning to me bc he was instructed to not eat or drink prior to the appointment. After over an hour of waiting, I went to the front desk inquiring about when my son would be seen as we had been waiting for over an hour and he had not eaten and he was 7. The front desk tried to minimize my concern by stating that the medicine would take an hour to take effect, this would be fine if he had actually been given any medicine, but he had not been called back to be given any medicine. After I informed the front desk of this, they called my son back to provide him the medicine they claimed to had already given him. He had to wait an additional hour for the medicine to take effect. My son went all day until almost 2 o clock without eating bc the office was unaware of what actually was going on. I will not be returning to this office with any of my children. They were so focused on celebrating a baby shower during office hours and ordering pizza and cake that they let my son sit in the waiting room for over an hour after his appointment time and only called him back after I went to the desk to complain.

After i was seated to wait on the doctor Suzette and jackie made sure to ask if i had any pain or concerns they could help me with. Updated Review (2025) - Stay away…read more I first visited Bear Creek Family Dentistry back in 2017 and even recommended them at the time, but I will never return again. I've given them multiple chances, and every time I leave more disappointed. One of the most disturbing things I witnessed was a teenager who had just undergone sedation being practically carried out to a car--barely conscious and unable to even open their eyes. The staff seemed focused on just getting the patient out quickly, as if trying to get rid of them. As a parent, I was horrified. There's absolutely no way I would allow that kind of sedation for my children. If my child couldn't walk out on their own, I would refuse to leave or immediately call 911. That experience alone showed me how unsafe and careless the process can be. Their overall care has continued to decline. At my last appointment, the cleaning was rushed and sloppy--done in less than a minute. My gums were left bleeding, and not a single staff member acknowledged it or apologized. Even my teenager noticed and said, "Wow, Mom, your mouth is full of blood." The fact that no one addressed the obvious damage was deeply concerning. They constantly push patients to sign blank or incomplete forms. I've said repeatedly that I won't sign anything without knowing what it says, but the front desk keeps insisting to the point of making it uncomfortable. On top of that, they schedule appointments without asking and then bombard you with reminder calls--even though I've explained I cannot do midday, midweek appointments due to work and school. They completely ignore this and continue booking them anyway. When you do get in for an appointment, you'll likely wait a long time. If your child is told they have a cavity, the office won't give any meaningful information: not how many cavities, which teeth, or whether they're baby or permanent teeth. They just refer you to a "specialist" who only comes once a week, only during school hours, with no flexibility--again, not ideal for a pediatric-focused clinic. They also push nitrous or full sedation for minors without being able to explain what's being administered. As a parent, I need to know what medication will be used to make sure it doesn't interfere with anything my child is already taking, but they can't (or won't) provide that information. And if you want copies of your records or X-rays, good luck--they'll give you the runaround and charge extra for everything. After all of this, I'm completely done. I kept hoping things would improve, but the lack of professionalism, transparency, and genuine care has made it clear this is not a safe or respectful place for my family. Original Review (2017) I have to admit I was skeptical at first, since a lady handed me a card outside a supermarket. But after many disappointments with other dental offices regarding service and price, I decided to give this place a try. At first, I was impressed--everyone was friendly and attentive. The office is large, and the waiting area is kid-friendly with an arcade, movie theater, and play gym. At my first visit, they saw me on time, explained everything clearly, discussed treatment options, and went over pricing after recommendations--not before, which I appreciated.
