One of the worst pedi that I've had! Had an appointment for both mani and pedi and had to wait! Pedicure was fast and sloppy. Manicurist was in a hurry to get to her next client. Kept waving she was almost done with me and she hadn't even finished soaking my feet. Didn't want to stay for the manicure - couldn't risk it. Clean place but would NEVER recommend. read more

My friend and I made appointments a little over a week ago for today. We arrived about 10 minutes early and were asked to pick our colors. About 30 minutes came by before anyone asked us to come sit in one at one of the nail desks, and about another 15 minutes for them to start giving my friend her manicure, and 10 more for them to start mine. All together it took over 45 minutes for them to start our manicures, even though we had appointments. Once we were seated, they spent about 15-20 minutes on the gel manicures, which is very rushed for gel. Once the color was applied, both of our colors were different than what we had picked out. When they told us we were finished, we paid and walked away with gel polish around our nails, and uneven nails. I was very unimpressed with the environment and the service, and would recommend looking at other nail salons before this one. read more

I received by far the worst pedicure I have had in years from this salon. I had been wanting to try this place out for a while now because it's a two minute drive from my house. I finally decided to give it a try today. I came in for a pedicure and a full set of acrylic nails but left after receiving a very bad pedicure. The pedicure was extremely rushed and many of my toes were not completely covered with polish, filed unevenly, and a big part of my big toe nail was completely undone. I was not asked once if I liked my nails or how I wanted them. At the end of the pedicure the manicurist abruptly told me to get up and sit at the table to have my nails done. He didn't even give me a chance to look at my toes. I took it upon myself to inspect my toes at the table and that's when I noticed how bad they looked. I pointed this out to the manicurist and he attempted to fix my nails by hurriedly filing away the unpolished portion of the nails. He also put almost no effort in attempting to fix my nails, so my nails still looked bad and I decided to leave. To top it off I was charged $60 even though I asked for the $45 pedicure option. I didn't dispute it because I don't like confrontation but I won't be back. It's unfortunate because it would have been nice to have a good nail salon so close to home but I can't afford to waste $60 on bad looking nails. Awesome!! I went in with my mom for pedicures and we had the mimosa which was complimentary and it was one of the most relaxing nail salon experiences I have ever had. If i could give zero stars I certainly would. I got my nails done yesterday and stepped out of my comfort by trying a simple french tip. I was visibly unsure and the gay guy there egged me on. I get it end up not really liking it so I called today and was told that I can come by to just take off the french tip not the whole design. I go in there and this man that works there comes up and says he can't do it but I was trying to explain the situation and he was so dismissive. They treated me like I was some stereotypical black woman for simply asking a question. I will definitely not be returning. Do not go here, you will waste your money. read more

This is my first mani pedi of the season. So my extremities need extra TLC. I booked the appointment online in advance with the note that I was getting the 60 minute pedicure. Why not treat myself? I get there and it's a hurry up get to the back situation. Okay, no problem. I asked for one of the most expensive and extensive pedi, cause my babies have been binding in Uggs all season. The person technician who is doing the the job, clearly does not know how to perform this particular pedicure. All these little packets come out and she spreads the product on my skin by pressing the packet to my skin and forcing the product out. Ok. Well perfection is unrealistic. I'm annoyed but ok. There is supposed to be these little treatments and she skims or skips them . The massage - the part I've been waiting for is a ...whomp whomp ... underwhelming, major let down. THEN ...another employee comes to her and tells her she has a client waiting. So now my experience and expectations is in the distant rear view, just another penny in the register. I can't even discuss the manicure. I just wanted a regular manicure, cut ,clean shape file massage, NO GEL. .... Nope. I don't even think they know how to do that. How do you not know how to do a plain simple manicure? I got a cut, cuticle butcher and then polish. I put a stop to the experience there. So my first and last time here. read more

I am very disappointed with the service I was provided. I went it and was getting a full set. The lady that did my nails tried to charge me $135 for a full set and designs. My nail lady from home can do all of that for $75 max. I switched my designs and she charged me $95. I was expecting an impressive job if I was going to be charged that much. The lady was rushing and would not fix my crooked nail and the designs and pigmentation was so rushed, it looks like a French tip a 4 year old could do. Made a reservation online for dipping. The reservation was confirmed and even a reminder was sent to me. I show up, they don't have my reservation on their books. The person upfront is scrambling to find the next available person while there are other ladies waiting to be serviced too. Told me there would be a "15" minute wait. We all know at a nail salon 15 means 20-30 minutes. I walked out. Don't recommend making an appointment. read more

Wish i could give zero stars. I went to this establishment because the reviews were really good and it's super convenient not too far from where i live. i arrive for my appointment the people are nice she tells me to pick out a color i pick my color then she tells me to come to the back. as i'm walking towards the back i notice a lady getting up from the chair she wants to me to sit in and doesn't clean it nor attempt to wipe it first red flag ( still in a pandemic whether you or anyone wants to believe it or not). i go to sit down and there's is literally food that the girl prior to me was eating in the chair and in the water along with dirt and debris from her feet. the lady fills the water up and tells me to put my feet in like she didn't just have a client in the same chair and didnt even try to change the liner. i asked politely did you clean this she said clear as day yes i did. i said no you didn't there's food and dirt all in here and you didn't change the disposable liner she then looked at me and rolled her eyes while changing the liner. another employee came over looked at me and they spoke in their language and laughed so i left. I WILL NEVER SPEND A DIME IN THIS PLACE. THEY ARE FILTHY AND RUDE PEOPLE. NEVER AGAIN. read more

The salon is nice inside and at a super convenient location. I called to schedule an appointment in the evening and 6:30 was available for both me and my mom with two different techs. We got there around 6:20 and I was taken to the pedicure bowl. My mom wasn't seen until about 6:55. I was giving one key ring of colors to choose from(maybe like 5 palettes of colors), not a huge variety. But the wall in the front looks like it has a lot of colors, so not sure what was going on there. Two colors I wanted to try didn't appear the same once he opened them so I tried another and chose that one, my nail tech told me my time was running out and I need to decide. I was taken back bc I had been there for like 15 minutes? And the pedicure I chose was SUPPOSED to be 35 minutes long. I asked him what time you guys closed, 8? He said no we close at 7 during winter. The sign says 8 but ok. At that point I was confused because why would you guys take 6:30 appointments for gel mani and gel pedi if you close at 7? Then it became clear that he was rushing. I'm familiar with this nail tech from another salon and I know his work( he's good!), my nails were ok but when I got home I had to make my own scrub to put on my feet because they use the foot scrub on your legs(weird).But the service just rubbed me the wrong way. I don't like feeling rushed through my appointments. There's a difference between fast service and being rushed and I was rushed. Maybe I'll just use this place as a backup, which sucks bc it's nice inside and convenient location wise. read more
