Although we've only met once , Denita has left an everlasting impression on me. From the moment I stepped foot in the studio , the vibes were amazing . The space was very clean and up to date . I loved how professional she was , from us sitting down and discussing what kind of look I wanted to go with before I even laid on her table . We had a lot to talk about , giving advice and feedback about teen relationships and mother and daughter relationships . She really gave me some good life advice and information. I had never had lash extensions before and didn't know what to expect. I was comfortable, and was constantly asked about my comfort level which was nice. Obviously, I got a little uncomfortable sitting still for such a long time, as was expected, but was pleasantly surprised by the results. My lashes looked absolutelu beautiful. I am Asian, and have super short and straight lashes that get eaten up by my hooded lids, and somehow the lash technician was able to make something out of nothing. Just like magic. I am overall quite happy with my experience and services. In terms of some constructive criticism, I only have a few nit picky observations. As I have super sensitive eyes, I immediately started tearing up, which is the only warning I have for those new to lash extensions in general. The quality of the lashes themselves feel a little hard and don't feel high end, however (although what do I know; I'm not a professional and I don't know that much. I'm just stating an observation). I'm around week 2 for my lash extensions and I find that my lashes on my left side are falling out significantly faster than my right side, which is a little annoying for someone who is a little obsessive compulsive like myself. Overall, I would rate my experience a 4/5 just because of price, lasting power of my lashes, and quality of lashes. Richa has been very sweet and professional every time. She has never messed up my brows (for those of you that are afraid to try a new threader who would ruin your brows). Take a chance here! The last time I came here, Richa told me I should get a deep cleaning facial. Some people might take that comment offensively, but Richa was looking out for me!!! I got a facial this time with my eyebrow threading and it was SO worth it. My skin has never been so bright and my NOSE HAS NEVER BEEN SO SOFT! It was very relaxing as well. If you struggle with blackheads, this is the place to go. $50 for a deep clean facial? You can't go wrong. Richa always has the best intentions and has never disappointed me.
