Thanks to Yelp I found Lace several months after I moved to Baltimore. I had seen the same aesthetician for 8 years when I lived in Chicago so I was frantic when I had to try someone new. I tried 2 other places in Baltimore before I found Lace and I'm not exaggerating my eyebrows were butchered. When I finally found Lace she nursed my brows back to health. She's patient, she takes her time, she does exactly what you ask of her and makes suggestions that you can choose to use or not. She's also an awesome person and I always enjoy our conversation. Thennnnn I got married! Lace did my makeup and my bridesmaids makeup and she blew it out of the oark! I never wear lipstick so I had no idea what to do. She gave me a brand and color. This is a small business with two professionals working from it. One is Lace Brows and Beauty (Lacy D.) and the other is Audain Energy (Millicent A.). Parking as ample and free, you'll see suite 102 on the entrance door on the side of the building. It's a lovely suite with a pleasant, light, spa aroma (smells like skincare). I have seen Lacy twice now and have LOVED my experiences. I have seen her for lash lifting/tinting, brow waxing/grooming, and a facial with dermaplaning. I think what I love most, other than her impeccable work (always leave looking great) is her cleanliness, passion, and bedside manner. Her prices are some of the highest I've ever paid for eyebrows however, because I highly value her standards of hygiene, and am continually impressed by her work, I will pay whatever. It is so hard to find someone who is consistently good, and to top it all off she is an absolute sweetheart, uses quality products and is CLEAN I'll say it again haha. Lacy highly recommends Millicent for facial work as Lacy is focusing more on brows and lashes. I have yet to see Millicent but look forward to trying a facial with her. Anyway, if you want beautiful, SYMMETRICAL and thick luscious eyebrows, see Lacy! Her lash-work is also great, I am loving my lash lift, bye bye lash curler! Lacy does take CC's and cash however, she highly prefers cash and if you do pay cash she doesn't bother with tips! She says the CC companies charge her so much in fees, that paying with cash helps so much she doesn't even need a tip! I still give her a little something because of courtesy and cuz she's awesome, but it's great to know when using cash all the money goes to her versus her losing money to convenience her customers. I'm officially a convert! After many years of lash extensions, I was tired of having long appointments that zapped up my weekends and evenings. Got a lash lift and love the results! I have long lashes but wanted less of a hassle-- this was the perfect solution. Parking was easy, the treatment was fast, and Lacy is a darling. Big fan so far (3 days later)-- no reaction, no down time. With mascara on, I honestly think my lashes look just as good as they did with extensions. There is a reason I've followed her for years, it's because she is THE BEST in her profession! She is the most knowledgable when it comes to brows, waxing, lashes and skincare! Long ago when I first went to Lacy with barely any eyebrows from an overzealous, bad waxing experience elsewhere, Lacy assured me that we could get my brows back to normal. She was right! And she showed me where to let them grow and where to fill them in. I have been hooked ever since. I will not ever let anyone else touch my brows!
