She checked on me periodically while I sat in the sauna room. She even brought me some water and some of the green juice that she makes to give to you as part of the body wrap program. Life is too short. I had another heartbreak this year and my beloved nail tech left my salon of eight years. I was devastated and tried to use other people at the salon but it just wasn't the same. Nails were not done properly. I had to ask around and Bella kept being brought up. Even though I had a terrible experience before I tried it again. I have a class at Golds and with having another trip on the weekend I said, "why not" and "spinned the block". I'm glad I did. I didn't have an appointment but luckily I got paired with Starr and well it's a match! I love his work! Omg! He shaped my nails and cut them all the same length! He's perfection! So the moral of the story is... sometimes chapters close for good reason. I loved my old nail tech and he loved me but something's just end and that's okay. Point in case, I think this nail tech might be a little better. God, the Universe, call it what you want but sometimes a closed door is allowing you to open what you need. This year has been full of unexpected surprises, a great new nail tech is one I'll take as a win in my book. And so in the case of a lost beloved nail tech, as always, she lives happily ever after. I get my nails done here every month and always ask for Mindy. Mindy always double checks that the shape is even and whether I like the color. The service is quick and everyone is very nice. She went on to apply 3 sloppy uneven coats and I stopped her before applying top coat to tell her I didn't like it. She tried to continue applying because she didn't understand me. She called some mean woman over to try to explain to me that it's supposed to look like that, since it's a neon green, and that it's a good brand of polish. I told her I only get bright colors and I showed her my yellow DND polish that is on my hands and feet and how smooth it is. I only get DND. She told me that the green looks good. Tried to tell me the lady put white polish first, I told her she didn't put white first. She looked surprised. I asked her to just take it off and she tried to tell me no she can't. I was getting upset and ended up telling them I'll pay for the pedicure, but just take the polish off. Also, I said I wasn't going to get my hands done. She ended up over charging me for the pedicure. I got the basic, which was supposed to be $35 and she charged me $40. I still even tipped, even tho I didn't want to. Needless to say, DO NOT come here. Heed my warning!! Also, she used only the drill on my toes, no soak off. My toe nails r really thin now.

Unfortunately, the customer service has consistently fallen short. On multiple visits, he didn't greet me when I arrived and was curt throughout my appointment. During one visit, he commented on my nails and asked, "Do you wash your hands?" I found that remark unnecessary and disrespectful. Most recently, he again didn't acknowledge me or say hello. I don't expect anyone to be overly friendly, but I do expect basic professionalism and courtesy. No customer should leave feeling like their business isn't appreciated. The quality of the work is important, but so is how clients are treated. I hope management addresses this because I can't justify continuing to spend my money where I don't feel respected.
