She also worked with another manager at the store and was able to set up my next appointment with a specific tech - I believe it was Emily. Tiffany was very communicative via both text and DM on there Instagram account, which I used to schedule my next appointment. She was also there when I arrived for that appointment to ensure things went smoothly. Emily was very attentive during my service, and ultimately I was happy with this set. I did SNS and Emily finished with a gel top coat. Since I prefer to not have gel that is cured by UV, I may not return regularly. However, this salon has a huge selection of not only regular colors, but specialty colors as well, such as cat eye and jelly polishes. Jelly polishes are definitely on my list to try in the future, so I'll likely be back for that. I very much appreciate the team's outreach and support after my last review, and it's clear that they care greatly for the service they can provide their customers.

I came in for my recurring appointment and immediately felt rushed, like the goal was to get me out of the chair as fast as possible. When the service was "done," there was still gel clearly left on my nails (cloudy patches, uneven texture), and my natural nails were over-filed and thinned instead of properly soaked and removed. When I calmly pointed this out, the nail tech became defensive and rude, which honestly caught me off guard. I asked for the manager, and he didn't offer to fix anything -- no redo, no correction, no accountability. I still paid and left, but I had to go to another salon the same day to fix my nails. Paying twice to undo someone else's rushed work is not okay. If you care about nail health, not being rushed or talked down to, and actually getting the service you pay for, I'd proceed with caution.
