I came in for a root touch up with Tami. I already had very pretty highlights. I left looking like a helmet of dark hair was applied, fully covering my highlights. No dimension to the color at all. Tami admitted it was dark, but said "that's okay." She was willing to add some highlights at a significant cost, after insulting me and my California stylist saying she was trying to match hair bought color. She was both dismissive and rude and not about to admit to her mistake. I hope she was just having a bad day, and that she doesn't treat all her clients the way she treated me, and by the way she was very expensive to boot, and even charged a 2.6% credit card processing fee. read more

Very expensive. I usually pay $15-30 for a bang trim and undercut clean up at other salons but when I called Inspire they quoted me $85! It's a 20 minute service tops. $85 is ridiculous. read more

Fortunately, Sarah at Inspire was able to squire me in and help me with a root touchup. She was awesome and we got along so well. I had high hopes for this place. I submitted an inquiry online and got a call back super fast. The employee I spoke with was kind and considerate. I set up an appointment for a Monday at 10:00, which I was told was fine because they work by appointment only on Monday. I showed up 10 minutes early per my confirmation text. No one was there. The store was locked. I called a couple times before someone showed up maybe 2 minutes before my scheduled appointment. So my actual haircut started late because she had to open the salon. The entire time I felt like a nuisance. It was a bit awkward because no one else was there and the music kept stopping, so we'd sit in silence until she would stop my haircut to fix the music. Overall my cut was super mediocre and I left without her even caring enough to set another appointment even when I asked. I was told to call back to set it. I will not be returning her and I wish I didn't feel obligated to tip, but it's pretty awkward when it's just the two of you.... read more

My best friend came home crying because of how awful her hair looked, it's not what the hair stylist even said she could do. The blue wasn't lifting so she said she will switch it. The pictures don't even match, her hair is uneven and she gave her hot roots. The stylist had no idea what she was doing And it came out awful. Second bad experience here. read more

I sincerely hope this helps and warns anyone considering on getting hair services at this salon. I was taken advantage of for pricing! At checkout, I was charged $85 for a blunt cut, no style. Just a literal 1 minute service of a traditional blunt cut. My son, who is 11, was charged for a man's cut. He just received a trim and also, no style. When I tried to discuss this with the owner of price gouging me, all she said was that I should request an express cut that does not include styling, (which by the way) I never received any styling, that it would be a more affordable option for me. It was rude and embarrassing. I'm an educator and, yes, I do have more limited funding, but to charge these types of outrageous prices for such basic services that one can receive from other reputable salons is just outrageous. We are blessed to have many quality, reasonably priced salons in Parker. I highly recommend one receive services from another salon....one that doesn't price gauge. And PS, the service was just OK. Certainly not $85 worth for a one minute or less blunt cut. read more

I called asking about price and availability. It bothers me when a salon doesn't list at least price ranges on their website so when she quoted me 20% more I was surprised. I did appreciate the flexibility as she called stylists to see about openings same day but when she called back an hour later asking if I could be there in 10 minutes, I couldn't make it in. She is the only one I trust to work with my hair and I always leave with a smile on my face. With the expanded services, I finally tried a massage from the fantastic Samuel. He was able to help my back stiffness and kinks. I leave feeling like a million bucks. I now pamper myself with frequent massages. I can be a fickle client, but I've been with Nikki for years, and I won't go to anyone else. I love my results every time I see her. She has a fantastic knack for knowing what will work (and what won't) and can help steer me in the right direction so I'll be happy when she's finished. My color stays true, my cuts are easy to maintain between appointments, and her new salon is just gorgeous. Plus, her prices won't break the bank, even when you go every four weeks like I do. I don't even know where to start with this review. This has been hands down the most frustrating experience I have ever had with a salon. I came here based on raving reviews from free in Parker. No way in a million years did I think a salon with sooo many good reviews could do this. I first emailed the salon April 19th I got a quick reply and she advised me to come in for a consultation. I was trying to go from brown to grey/purple with a shadow root. I met with Elise she seemed nice I told her several times I wanted to get this done by June 22nd when I leave for vacation. She said no problem we can do it and instead of scheduling an appointment she said she would text me.... after two days of not hearing back I called the salon to set the appointment myself. It wasn't until then that I heard back from her only to find out the appointment I set wouldn't work because there wouldn't be enough time. After several days of texting (because she only replies every other day) she offered me June 5th at 12 I asked over and over again if this would be enough time before my trip to do this. She reassured me that it would be. I have done my hair different styles over the years and have never been told I can process my hair this many times in a short few weeks but I guess I trusted she knew what she was doing. She quoted me $350 for the whole thing. I was there from 12-8 it took her 8 hours to do an all over highlight!!!! The bottom of my hair where she started on is platinum blonde because it sat for 8 hours meanwhile the top only processed for 30 minutes and is yellow. At this point I'm annoyed but whatever she is just slow. Toward the end when I started asking about her schedule she was trying to schedule me for July to finish!!! I politely asked if we could still do it before my trip she proceeded ask what else I had going on this Summer and that we could get it done before my next trip! But there was no way we could process my hair that quickly. I came here 60 days ago to ensure I had enough time to complete this before my trip. She blatantly lied to my face instead of just telling me 60 days ago that she wouldn't have the time she made me wait and now it will not be the way I want before I leave. What's even worse is she tried to charge me the full $350 for an all over highlight. Wow! After arguing for several minutes she decided to charge me $150 which is how much a basic highlight job should be. She then told me she would look at her schedule and text me to try and get this done before I leave . Well you guessed it I still haven't heard back. I then tried to call and talk to a manger I was told she was doing hair and would call me back. She didn't. Someone needs to fix this. I am walking around blonde not the grey/purple I wanted. Elise also chopped all my hair off I had beautiful long hair down to my butt she said it was all dead probably from bleach in my hair for 8 hours!! She told me she would cut off 3" she took 8" off and what's worse is it looks soooo choppy and my side bangs are not blended in and look ridiculous. I called and set an appointment with Hair Junkiez they were very nice after I explained what happened they are going to fix what Elise did all for $100. This was my Mother's Day gift from my hubby and he feels bad but he shouldn't have too! We will see if they reach out to resolve this but from my experience so far I'm sure they won't read more

Called to see experience and if they have higher level stylists there as I've been trying to grow out a short hair style. They assured me their stylists are all well experienced and owner only hires upper level stylists. So I felt confident I'd get cleaned up and reshaped, without having all my efforts of the growing out process eliminated. I was wrong and although I asked to keep my length and just needed some reshaping, Kari cut off at least two inches! I went from chin length hair, to barely having my ears covered. I'm tired of feeling obligated to pay/tip for a cut I didn't ask for. I am especially tired of hearing "I didn't take much off". Very hard to trust anyone these days. I got burned yet again with Kari now I get to start over. read more
