I am so incredibly grateful for this dental practice. They have the biggest hearts and have shown our family a level of kindness and generosity that we will never forget. As someone who's usually terrified and distrustful of dentists, I visited multiple offices this year searching for the right fit. Let me just say, Inspire Smiles is the one. From my very first phone call with Teresa, I felt like they really got me. She took the time to ease my worries, reassured me that my dental anxiety wasn't an overreaction, and even offered a complimentary exam and cleaning so I could get a feel for the clinic. After being financially exhausted from prior second opinions/out-of-pocket x-rays for a cracked molar, that gesture meant more than I can say. In addition, Dr. Gaball is hands down the most personable doctor I've ever met. She actually called to introduce herself from her personal phone the day before my appointment, which is something I've never experienced with any dentist or medical provider. She takes the time to build trust, and that makes all the difference. The office itself feels more like a spa than a dental clinic (they even offer aromatherapy), which is huge if outdated waiting rooms trigger you the way they do me. RIP waiting rooms from the 90s. This woman took $4000 off my debit card and then another 1000 to make me some dentures. After I tried on the wax dentures, she ordered the permanent which did not fit and she refused to send them back .I do not recommend this dentist to anyone. There is a very deep level of dishonesty. She welcomes you in with a smile and refreshments, and rolls out the red carpet for you to make you feel very special. But beware she's after your money she will overcharge you. read more

Dr. Gable's poor workmanship almost landed me with a root canal! Dr. Gable did a crown for me and when it came back from her subcontractor/manufacturer, it literally had a HOLE in the top of it. She still went ahead and used it in my mouth, THEN tried to charge me to do a filling on it a few months later. Luckily she came to her senses and waived the fees on the filling because it was her fault she went ahead and used a bad crown, BUT fast forward a year and a few months later, and her mess up almost made me need to have a root canal!! Filling ended up falling out and causing decay under the crown because ya know THERE WAS A HOLE IN IT WHEN THERE SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN. I got lucky I had JUST enough tooth left to replace the crown so my new dentist ended up not having to do a root canal but WOW, some terrible workmanship, so much so even my new dentist is shocked. Also, don't believe all the 5 star reviews - Dr. Gable basically forces you as her patient to leave a 5 star review to the point it makes you uncomfortable if you don't. I could get past the preachy, long emails, I could look past how rude one of her old dental hygienists was (luckily not there anymore...), I was still using her even after not being "in network" with my dental insurance, and I could get over the extra "sell ups" trying to be done (you name it, Dr. Gable tries to sell you on it... she's even a self proclaimed "Performance Coach"... ). But nearly destroying my tooth to the point I was a hair away from a root canal?! I had to share my review to share the honest truth. read more

Dr Elona Gaball and her team are incredible! I chipped my front tooth over the Christmas holiday and needed an expert to fix it. I found Dr Elona and was able to quickly get in to meet her for a consultation. She is so caring, kind, detailed, and trustworthy. I've wanted my teeth corrected for a very long time, and Dr Elona got me in for a quick bond repair which turned our incredible! She's a meticulous artist. My two front teeth look so good, and I can only imagine what the permanent ones will look like. The office staff is amazingly friendly. My experience was amazing from start to finish. Facilities: I received a warm welcoming to the facilities, which are pristine, presentable and extremely clean. The decoration is modern and cozy. As for the technology used at this facility, I was totally impressed. I have been getting cleanings once a year in different facilities around the U.S and Japan, and this facility uses modern technology. I loved the fact that the dental hygienist used an AI technology to detect deterioration that was able to be detected by conventional X-rays. The facility also has relaxing music at a moderate volume. The ceiling has a tv in case the patient wants to use streaming services. Personnel: I was first greeted by the hygienist, who has a lovely personality and seems to enjoy her job way too much, which I think is an amazing, because it makes the patient feel comfortable. She took the time to explain every procedure before providing her services. I felt very comfortable, and I can say that the experience was a lot better than other places I have visited for dental care. As for the doctor, I love how kind, generous, and professional she is. She took the time to listen to the things I wanted to improve and offered many options on how to fix my problem. She did an amazing g job following up and reminding me about my appointments. She also took the time to call the day before the appointment and giving a warm welcome to her clinic. She also called to inquire what she could do to make my experience better the day of the appointment. I felt very welcomed at this facility. I felt important and cared for. As for the dental assistant, she has an amazing personality. And was there with me almost the entire time. She assisted the hygienist with my cleaning, assisted the doctor with the pictures and make sure all my needs were met. The assistant has a lot to do with my decision to choose this clinic over others, as she was able to provide valuable information for my definite decision. As for the lady in the front desk, she was nice and presented me all the options available to pay for my treatment. (Cleaning, alignment with Invisalign, chip repair in one tooth and removal of fillings). I highly recommend to pay in full to take advantage of the discount. Location: Conveniently located near the 101, which is like 5 minutes away from home. There's plenty of parking for patients and the clinic is located in the first floor and near the parking, which is extremely convenient for people with disabilities. Cost/ affordability: Depends on the services you are looking for. I loved the fact that I was presented with three options. Paid in full with a discount, split the total cost in two payments or pay monthly (upon credit approval with a third party). If you want quality service and treatment, this is definitely the place to visit for de tal care. Don't be fooled by this practice and all the " latest technology they have. You will pay for it and so mean pay in every sense of the word" I should begin by saying every poor/horrific review will be met with zero accountability. She will respond by negating every fact and gaslighting. Say the patient has issues. I have been a surgical nurse for 27 years and still in so much disbelief by what I experienced and apparently so are manyothers Only thing that matters to this dentist is your $$$ and how much she can get from you. I was left with 3 chipped teeth and a surgery that was not consented for after their " oral sedation" was given. Mouth is still not healed. They bring in a 3rd party to do their oral surgeries. After your consultation you are asked back for a sales pitch appointment. A scam of a contract where she promises to "gift you dental work" My husband was quoted $53k for work. Can you imagine. Our current dentist who is professional highly regarded as does amazing work quoted $3200. Been around for years and not 1 bad review. Not 1. Even this dentists good friend posted a poor review of her. Please don't be fooled by the fancy office and staff who seem to scared to say anything. Run. When I booked my appointment to have my teeth cleaning from Elona and her staff, I was asked if I wanted to do the full exam since I hadn't been in her office in 1.5 yrs due to travel and living out of state. I had declined and asked could I just get my teeth cleaned and they communicated yes to me! Her staff said that was no problem and that since I was paying cash the teeth cleaning was $180.00 and that was all. I drove down from Dana point CA where I live for this appointment which was a 50 minute drive. When I arrived I was told that I couldn't have my teeth cleaned unless I had a minimum of 6 X-rays bringing my cash payment up to over $500.00 I expressed frustration to the hygienist that I was not told this information and if that was told to me I would have not drove down for the appointment. I declined the X-rays because I am moving dentists to a closer location to my home in the fall and I am beyond frustrated that this information wasn't told to me nor communicated to me until after I drove close to an hour to her office. This is a lack of communication in her staff and I expressed that in the future all services that are *mandated* and fees should be disclosed before a patient arrives which both was not done. STAY AWAY! Dr. Gaball and her staff will pretend to care about you but really all they care about is money. You will be up charged for every service you sign up for and she has a long list of ads ons her staff push as medically recommended but in reality they are not. My 7 year old was diagnosed by Dr. Gaball with 2 cavities but when we took her to another dentist she barely had one. A few years ago Dr. Gaball convinced me to remove my metal fillings then this year she said those teeth should never have been filled because the cavity covered greater than 30% of the tooth's surface. So she charged me again for the same tooth but this time it was a crown. The crown took 6 appointments to sit because the temporary kept breaking. The permanent one had to be remade twice. Even now my gum line is irritated but I guess I'm stuck with the crown now. I lost my job in April and had dental coverage through the end of May. He staff verified my insurance and pushed me to get additional fillings replaced and a cleaning before my insurance expired. What they did was not covered so another $1300 cash out of my pocket for her. Really, I can't caution you enough, stay away! read more

I have been to the Inspire Smiles office several times for cleanings and cavity repair. The staff is very friendly and appear to be quite experienced. But, my overall experience has been pretty bad. After my fist cleaning with Inspire Smiles, I was told I had 2 cavities and needed a crown. I was quite surprised, I hadn't had a single cavity in about 35 years. Some doubts came into my head, there were certain signals like offering a covid rinse (whatever that is) for additional charge as well as fluoride rinse, also at additional charge, the supplementary items were not covered by insurance so I declined. But, I was new to the office and gave them the benefit of doubt. I went ahead and had the work completed for the 2 cavities and crown. When I returned for a semi-annual cleaning, I was told I had 2 more cavities! I was pretty shocked but I was the only one. No discussion on what could have happened, only question is when I would like to schedule the repair of these cavities :)? I declined and decided I would not return, it just didn't feel legitimate. Well, fast forward about 7 months or so, after my 2 cavity repairs and crown....my crown fall out! I was pretty shocked and quickly did some research, this was pretty strange event considering the extremely short duration after the crown was set. I had absolutely no intention of returning. I ended up going to another office and got a new crown built and set (permanent), same day. Total office visit took about 3 hours. That was about 3 office visits at Inspire Smiles (they don't make crowns there). 1) Diagnostic 2) Temporary crown 3) Permanent crown (in theory it was permanent). I requested they reimburse me for this work, my insurance only covers a new crown for the SAME tooth every 5 years. I provided pictures and an invoice. They declined. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. This is a shady operation. They prebilled my family member more than $3K after a simple cleaning. Upon sharing the plan they presented here for 'treatment' with our regular dentist, they indicated that the dentist at Inspire was not being ethical in their approach. To make matters worse, even after talking to the office and the dentist there several times to ensure they understood that no additional services were needed, they went ahead with over $3K in charges on our credit card anyway, and it took DAYS to resolve this. Very unscrupulous and unethical. Avoid this practice and save yourself the headache of a dentist charging you for unneeded services based on a 'Preventative Treatment Plan' that totaled almost $8K. read more

She's very caring and knowledgable in her work, as she educates her patients and wants the best for them. Since the quarantine she allows only one patient at a time, and it's great that she still takes care of her patients while still following these measures! I met Dr. Gaball last year when my insurance changed and I needed a new dentist. She was referred to me by a good friend(also a dentist) and the experience was amazing. Her staff was very welcoming and the cleaning, filling and new crown that I needed were very smooth and comfortable. I don't usually enjoy the dentist, but she makes it so relaxing and puts you at ease. I watched a movie, she gives you a blanket to be cozy and sprays essential oil to relax the room. I was referred to Dr.Elona by a friend. I moved here about 2.5 years ago and didn't have a dentist in the area yet. I initially went in to do a basic cleaning, and during my appointment I expressed my reoccurring TMJ. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Dr. Elona was very knowledgeable about treatment for TMJ. I began seeing her over the course of several weeks as she wanted to keep a close eye on my progress. What I appreciate most is the WHOLISTIC approach she takes when treating TMJ - it wasn't about finding a quick fix- she also spent a great deal of time equipping me with exercises, stretches, and suggested lifestyle modifications. I have a mouth guard I wear at night. The first one wasn't "perfect" to Dr. Elona, so she insisted we order a new one. She genuinely cares for each one of her patients and seeing to their success with their health goals. In addition! Her husband Dr. Curtis conveniently provides injection treatments (i.e. Botox, filler, etc.) so not only did we treat the very ACUTE pain TMJ with the aforementioned treatments, i was also able to get Botox in my jaw to help relieve the spasms in the muscles. I now see them both on a regular basis. I have done Botox for several years for cosmetic reasons, and Dr. Curtis now takes care of that for me as well. From the incredibly personable admin team at the front, to the quality of service, to Dr. Elona and Dr. Curtis , there's not much else you could ask for in health services. I can't imagine a better dental practice. I can list a ton of reasons why that's true but the biggest one for me is how kind and caring everyone is at Inspire Smiles. Dr. Gaball is awesome. The other day, after being sequestered for the last year hiding from Covid, my teeth were on fire and so painful I couldn't sleep. I called the practice and Dr. Gaball jumped on the phone with me and discussed my symptoms but more importantly how I could be treated safely. What really was amazing was that since I was so concerned about breaking quarantine she offered to stay after hours and see me when no one else was in the office. I can go on, but you get my point.
