Dr Nadine has a wonderful bedside manner, super sweet and kind, and yesterday, I had my first filling done with her. Wow! Best experience ever. Bespoke Dentistry has been very unprofessional multiple times. I am absolutely switching dentists. 1. On time, I had and appointment for a dental exam with my dentists who is in network. I had to request time off work to show, but when I got there they told me she was out of office and that they only had dentists that were out of network. I don't understand why they did not call to let me know. I had to rebook the appointment and ask for time off work again. 2. Last time I went, they made me wait 20 minutes only to have my cleaning done at a sectioned office in the lobby that didn't have the tools to do it. The tech lost so much time going back and forth, and told me she didn't have the tools she needed to be successful. Finally got the equipment, and it kept being faulty - I didn't feel like my teeth were properly cleaned. In addition, they put fluoride on my teeth without even asking and it was not covered by my insurance. I just got billed for it. read more

I loved going here but then they tried to rip me off... I went here to get Invisalign and it was fine then the Invisalign made my teeth have some cracks, it bothered me they told me it would be covered my insurance to fill it. They filled it and the next day it fell off.... I called to tell them and they said they would fix it, then a week later they billed me for the supposed " covered my insurance " fillings. I communicated over the phone with them several times about how I'm not paying for something that first of all isn't even there anymore/effective and they lied my insurance covered it. I'm really disappointed because I liked their office but this is really no ok, so I'm changing dentists. Also side note I don't think a dentist should be offering filler!! Key words for my 3 stars are insurance and payment.   The place is nice and clean, and staffs are extremely friendly. The dental hygienist Emily did a very thorough job and I really appreciate it.   However, the payment there is honestly suspicious. Both my partner and I (we are on different insurance plans) got multiple bills in different stages and the numbers on the bills were confusing. The staff told us to not worry. To be fair, it turned out to be fine when we got reimbursement, So it is suspiciously confusing, but nothing bad happened.   My concerns comes to communication to the front desk about in-network vs. out-network. She did tell me the dentist I was asking is out-network. However, when I ask her, do I still get reimbursement? She said yes, then started telling me the process for the reimbursement without clarifying that the cost will be significantly different. I guess I take partial responsibility myself there for not doing research on my premium. But while we were talking, it sounds like she had my insurance information pulled up and it is more than easy to just tell me 'yes, you will get reimbursement but the coverage will be different from in-network'. Remember, they do have dentist in their office that is in my insurance's network. She could easily just put me to the other dentist, but she didn't. So I ended up paying $216 (after insurance) for a initial check (without X-ray) and half of regular clean work. To give you a comparison, my coworker paid $32 for full checkup and full cleaning in another clinic. read more

Extremely disappointed. I came in for a dental check up today. I admit that I came in about 10 min late for the appt (called prior to arrival to let them know) Cleaning, xray took a little over an hr (some downtimes in between). The dental hygienist was very thorough and helpful. As I was waiting for the dentist (dr. Leah??) to come in to go over the result, her team told me that I need to come back for another appt. As a full time working mom, it's honestly really hard! If the dr came to make a quick intro of herself and made me come back, I would have gladly understood. But she didn't even bother to stop by and her team didn't even bother to explain further other than dr has another pt soon. I have a major dental phobia. I was hoping this office can ease that but the services were not much different from any other dental office. I had a high hopes for this place which turned into a big disappointment. read more

FANTASTIC Experience - which no one said ever - about going to the dentist! This calm, "spa-type" dentistry is a new concept to me, but I have to say, so enjoyable. Ryan greeted me as soon as I arrived and offered champagne while I waited. He and his wife, Dr. Leah, are so personable and kind. They shared a bit about their family, their move from Canada and how much they love San Diego. We were given full x-rays and a cleaning while wearing a state of the art eye massager. After, we were given an initial exam by the very knowledgeable Dr. Leah as we were there to receive whitening treatments. During our treatment, we watched shows on individual tvs and had our own headphones while lounging in comfortable chairs. To send us on our way, we were given a cold storage Bespoke swag bag which contained a water bottle, lip balm, and a whitening pen. The office manager explained that "bespoke" means "tailored" and that is exactly what you will experience here. A tailored experience that fits your own personal needs and beautiful smile! FYI: They have lots of options for handling billing costs, but you would benefit most by having a PPO dental plan. read more

This is the best experience you can have with a dentist. Dr Leah Stempfle is is gentle and extremely thorough in her practice. It had been 2 years since my last cleaning and I was concerned that my teeth would never be as healthy as they once were. I was shown before and after images of my teeth and they have never looked his good. This office is state of the art and uses warm water cleaning system, jaw massager, and finished my visit with an incredible teeth whitening treatment.
