Incidentally, this place charges the standard rates as all other spas in Scarborough and downtown Toronto. I usually visit that place on a Friday but I think this lady works on Mondays too.

The person who was massaging me was touching me so lightly that some times I didn't even feel her touch. I felt no different before and after the spa. It was a waste of time and money. What made me not come back for sure was that I had a facial with terrible results. One part, the owner wanted to extract my blackheads but the process was more painful than any of my previous experiences. It resulted in my nose becoming very dry, bumpy, had black scars and not the same. I thought it was only going to last a few days after the facial but the scars are still there a month later and my nose hasn't felt the same again. She ruined my nose and my skin and I regret ever going there. Now I'm spending money trying to find products that can heal my nose and return it to its original condition. I wouldn't recommend this place for facials or massages.

The therapist should cover whole of your body and concentrate on your pain points. Massage should have a relaxing effect and an instant relief in body-aches. I don't like therapist talking constantly during message. The massage pressure should be controlled either hard or gentle, but I hate when you ask for a hard massage and therapist just elbow your back for whole of the time. So Kelly's spa met all my expectations without saying. The therapist are professional and they will understand your pain area and cover your whole body from head to toe including hand and legs, giving a special treatment to your pain area, for me it was shoulders and neck. The therapist also applied soothing balm, which gave me more relief. I felt like sleeping on the table. There is nothing to complain about. A few seconds later, he came back and claimed that I was $10 short. I am certain I gave the exact amount, so I believe I was unfairly charged an extra $10. The situation felt dishonest and very upsetting. In my opinion, he handled the payment in an unprofessional way, and I felt as though I had been taken advantage of.
