I asked Adam if he had any assisted living homes that could care for my mother. Adam took time to listen to our family's needs and our mother's needs and set up some homes to look at. We were grateful for the time he spent driving and meeting us at several different homes of different sizes and areas of the east valley. We knew the minute we walked in to Parc Joule that it was the perfect fit for our family and for our mother. I would recommend Adam Young to help with any needs for your loved one and will always remember his love and support as we were struggling with some hard decisions for our sweet mother. During my recovery, I was unable to bear weight on my foot and required support with balance. Daily activities, such as household chores, showering, and other essential tasks, were challenging for me. I had never relied on anyone, particularly a stranger, and was understandably apprehensive about this situation. The business, Like Family Home Care, I was approached by the owner, Adam, who conducted an assessment of my home. He demonstrated exceptional attentiveness to my needs, which immediately impressed me. He was very experienced. I was subsequently assigned to five caregivers, with Kelsey being the most present. Kelsey is exceptionally caring and passionate about her work, prioritizing the well-being of her clients. She effectively assisted me with showering, dressing, mobility, and transfers. Kelsey gained valuable experience in cleaning and dressing my wound, as well as helping with my daily chores, including cooking, laundry, and cleaning my home. I highly recommend Kelsey. All the caregivers provided exceptional support throughout my recovery. Adam and Amber were particularly helpful in every situation. I wholeheartedly recommend their service to anyone in need of personal care assistance. I genuinely felt like part of a family during my time with them, and I was saddened to see them depart.

We went to Arizona General on Ellsworth and Elliot. From the minute we walked in to register until I left there was pleasant helpful staff. We arrived around 9pm, Emily at registration was kind and quickly got me registered. About two minutes later I starting receiving text updates about my wait time. These texts continued throughout my stay in the ED, keeping me up to date on my progress. AND, this morning I received another text offering help to find a PCP and make a follow up appointment!! The Triage team saw me within 20 minutes, and about 10 minutes later I was called back to a room. Dr. Okafor came into the room, listened to my symptoms, and immediately told me he would be ordering a CT scan and blood work. All the tests, blood work, CT scan, were done so quickly, I was truly astonished. Gratefully, nothing was seriously wrong, and I was informed I'd be going home. Karla, RN, explained all my discharge paperwork instructions very clearly, my IV was removed, and we were on our way home. This entire process was so quick and efficient! We arrived around 9 pm and we were back in our home at 12:03 am, this is including our drive time. THANK YOU to Karla RN, Michelle patient financial services, Krystal Lab Tech, Dayna Imaging Tech, and Dr. Okafor for all your attention, excellent care, and quickly moving me through. I wrote a review when my mom first got here on Christmas Eve 2025 - now I am adding to my previous…read morereview. My mom was admitted here without my knowledge, by Banner Desert Medical (she broke her femur and had surgery) She gets here around 6 pm on Christmas Eve. Receptionist was not friendly first of all and yeah, definitely felt like a post acute facility. They did bring her a dinner tray that night so that was good. (Food is bland but I see why it is which is fine. It wasn't bad honestly) Her Care: Not too good , especially because she has dementia/Alzheimers. This is not the place for ppl with dementia. They didn't seem to understand that she is non verbal and cannot express her concerns , so that was a huge problem. We visited all the time and I stayed until at least 2 am daily because they didn't do much for her as far as helping her with physical therapy or anything for that matter. My daughter also noticed the extension cord that was secured to the wall, to connect the tv , had two live prongs barely sticking out from one of the sockets. If someone would have touched both of those at the same time , they would have been electrocuted. Not okay. Long story short, I pulled her out of there like five days later because I just couldn't keep her there any longer. She was getting delirious and it didn't phase this place. Couldn't even talk to an actual doctor either. Even the one nurse said she had never seen the doctor herself. That afternoon when I told them I was removing her , my mom's roommates family pulled their loved one out of there too. She said they were no good. And she was right , they weren't any good, at least from my experience. And definitely not for someone with dementia/Alzheimers. I hope this helps someone and if they do have to stay here , always visit everyday to make sure they are being taken care of. =^^=

I was sent here directly after knee revision surgery a month ago. The only reason I gave it one…read morestar is because there WERE some staff members who honestly seemed to want to do their job. When first arriving I had to wait almost 9 hours before receiving one pain med - which I should have had every 6 hours. It took them 3 days to get my meds adjusted to where I got them regularly. They are short-staffed, and the wait time after pressing my call button was anywhere from 10-25 minutes (MUCH worse at night). I needed assistance to get to the bathroom..and many times went on my own because I could not wait. You are put on a SCHEDULE to get a shower..I only had ONE in the over a week I was there. I missed one because my leg was swollen and I couldn't get out of bed..and they told me they didn't have room to squeeze me in another day. The food is absolutely sub-standard..and you only have a choice of 2 entries- one of which was a chicken salad for lunch AND dinner. The only real positive I had was the PT staff..and the day I was released to go home. I'm sorry to write a bad review, but this is a place I would not and NEVER will recommend. The corporation who owns this facility should be ashamed.

It was the second day it opened...a little over three years ago. From my apartment on the 10th floor I look east across the beautiful campus and see the McDowell Mountains and the rising sun each morning, as well as students scurrying, riding skateboards, and hurrying to class. Residents are also able to take classes tuition free and participate in many campus activities. It's an easy walk to the football and basketball facilities, and my favorite, baseball, is just four miles away. The Gammage Performance Center is an easy walk, as well as the many shops downtown. For transportation we have light rail that goes all over the Valley, just a short ride to see the Arizona Diamondbacks, the Phoenix Suns, or the Phoenix Symphony! Similar facilities are remotely located...go out the gate and see desert or a residential neighborhood. We have shops, groceries, a drug store, entertainment, and a movie theater! My one-bedroom apartment is spacious and comfortable with maintenance and cleaning included. Our computer/TV guy Trevor is one of the top five reasons to live here...get a new printer...he will make it work in no time!! Our maintenance people are prompt and pleasant for issues with appliances or repair of anything that comes up or to assist in special projects. We also have three restaurants serving a variety of new items as well as old favorites. Many ASU students work in the restaurants and our underground parking garage. None of us get into a hot car because it's all underground! Valets provide airport service and also drive those without with a car for appointments within a reasonable distance! Residents are also kept busy going all over the Valley in 15-passenger buses to varied locations. Many events and speakers are offered; it's sometimes impossible to do it all. One floor is designated as Assisted Living and another for Memory Care. So if you are thinking about moving from the big house that's heavy maintenance, don't wait until you have a fall or accident. Come here, meet new people, and join in the activities. If you have grown children, it's a great gift for us to all downsize and know there are people nearby to help as we grow older and less able to handle the burden of home ownership or living alone. A array of healthcare services ranging from memory care, assisted living to rehabilitation. Culinary choices include a bistro, a cocktail lounge and fine dining options. Other offered services include laundry, housekeeping and transportation. For those seeking an active and social community in their golden years, this may be an option worth looking into.
