I took it to Wolfie who deftly disassembled the entire machine, discovered that I had the wrong keyboard, then built up a replacement with pieces from the old and new keyboards. It went well and I had my screen replaced in about an hour. This was on a foreign phone (Oppo Find N5, a fold phone not sold in the US) that 3 other shops declined to work on.
