My husband spoke to the owner and initially told us there was nothing he could do and it was my fault for not checking the item before purchase (which I thought I had but apparently you have to be EXTREMELY thorough here) ... finally he said he would order us the same item to replace the damaged one. I was immediately relieved... that is until my husband went to pick up our new item.... a week later....and it was neither the same item originally purchased nor the anything of the same value. Also didn't help that the owner makes it nearly impossible to get a hold of him over the phone, saying his phone isn't connected right now...? I lost money in this purchase, had a ruined gift and definitely feel taken advantage of, take your money to a shop with a little more class that doesn't sell cracked/ damaged items!
