Class sizes are small, and hands-on assistance is given if/when it's needed. Sometimes those little corrections make a huge difference in the practice! Various props are provided and used to facilitate poses. Attention is paid to breathing, and pleasant, soothing music provides a relaxing background for the class. I left feeling relaxed and toned, without pain or soreness. All told, Kim's classes give a nice, balanced workout.

I've been attending Candlelight Yin, and Restorative Yin. I have also attended a glorious sound bath, super cool and had no idea how soothing it would be! Since attending in January 2024 I have found the best relief from years of built up tension, chronic pain, depression and anxiety. I wasn't doing well. I tried therapy but it just wasn't what I needed to fully heal. It healed my superficial mind, but my subconscious mind and My BODY was still craving relief. Yoga was what I needed. Love how many pole, aerial, and dance rooms there are, as well as a kitchen for special events. Everyone was super friendly, to the point where I had to excuse myself from conversation because I was a few minutes late to class. Oops.
