Class sizes are small, and hands-on assistance is given if/when it's needed. Sometimes those little corrections make a huge difference in the practice! Various props are provided and used to facilitate poses. Attention is paid to breathing, and pleasant, soothing music provides a relaxing background for the class. I left feeling relaxed and toned, without pain or soreness. All told, Kim's classes give a nice, balanced workout.

Since attending in January 2024 I have found the best relief from years of built up tension, chronic pain, depression and anxiety. I wasn't doing well. Teachers here are not doing the postures except for example; rather, when students are in the asanas, teachers are roaming the class, making minor adjustments to student's positioning. They are not working out themselves while students follow along. This is an excellent yoga situation and we are fortunate to have it in our western suburbs.
