Upon opening the treatment room door, I was met with a supportive atmosphere lit by a candle in a sconce, sounds of relaxing music, and the beautiful Spirits of Tara's sacred bowls. She asked if I was having any pain at the beginning of the session; I felt some in my neck and lower back. During the session, I experienced the white Crystal Bowls, and Brass Metal Bowls carrying the Spirits of the energy that Tara channels through these magical instruments. Sometimes 24-48 hour notice is not possible, but to be assessed a fee for trying to keep their staff healthy is really disappointing. Rigid cancelation polices, especially when working with pregnant patients who can have a myriad of issues arise, can result in loss of business. I'll be looking elsewhere to complete my PT. It should also be noted that while sure, most doctors offices have a 24 hour cancellation notice, most places value the health of their clients and their staff enough to waive cancellation fees when someone is calling with unexpected illness. Helpful to know that income is what really matters to this location! The cancellation policy reminders are incessant, but reminders are sent about appointments after you have already passed the 48-hour mark. For all prospective clients - please consider whether you may ever be susceptible to an illness prior to choosing this location for your PT, they are inflexible and have a much higher cancellation fee than any other practice I have visited across the spectrum of all medical facilities.

Kathy, who was the front desk receptionist, was non-communicative. Unbeknownst to me she was allergic to my essential oil and ran around the office peering from behind walls like a caged animal every visit. It was extremely uncomfortable - first being attacked for monies before service rendered, then to being treated like a pariah for reasons not explained. All in all, it was a strange and unsettling experience. Severe customer service training is needed with communication techniques thoroughly reviewed.
