Had to wait not one, but 2-3 hours, yes HOURS!!!!! Was actually insane. My partner, his littler sister and I been visiting this shop, I've been to a lot of James Avery places. He was gifting me a charm for our anniversary from there. One young girl was helping us, while 2 others just stood in the back awkwardly, and an older employee lady next to the one helping us. We had purchased the charm and wanted to put it on the bracelet, every James Avery store I've been to throughout the years had said it would only to 10-15mins, at most 30mins. Tell me why, it took 2-3hrs. Keep in mind they had NO ONE in the store. They had said logically it'd take 20mins which I thought was normal. I had made it clear though this was time limited and could not come back tomorrow as I was only visiting and could not alter my plans. They agreed and said many times it'd only take 20mins. 20mins turned into 40, turned into a hr, turned into 2hrs, so on. Not only was I highly annoyed, my partner was frustrated, as well. We had to keep going back in to ask if there was something wrong. No one had even started working on it, instead they were giggling, horse playing, running around, on their phones just goofing off. I was about to lose my patience. Finally the older lady told one of the younger girls to start handling attaching the charm to my bracelet. And the girl had the nerve to glare at us, got an attitude with us and start whispering to each other while staring at us. The older lady apologized for the delay, she was the only responsible and professional person there. If this had happened at James Avery near me the girls would've been punished or even fired. Not only ruined my trip but our first anniversary as well. Later on my mother and I had called to report what happened to one of the high managers, they at least were decent to apologize but I will NEVER be returning and wouldn't recommend this James Avery to anyone going there, at least to those foolish girls who needed to be trained very properly or let go for how unprofessional they were. I hope they get punished because utterly horrible. Will be returning to Dallas soon but will take not only my business but my associates business to a different more professional one. Was not with it at all. Not only that, they had put the charm completely wrong!!! Had to take it to my normal one and have it redone. It amazes me how horrible this experience was. Please do a better job of who you are hiring, thank you.

Soon after, he decided to spend MORE MONEY and upgrade to the 14 Pro Max. He returned the phone the following Wednesday, November 16th, but found the store closed. I accompanied him the following day, November 17th, which, according to Cricket's policy, was the last day to return the phone. On entering the store, we were told that the "system was down" and we couldn't return the phone. Being concerned that this was the final day, I reconfirmed with the clerk, Mohammed, that we would indeed be able to bring the phone back and upgrade the following day. Mohammed deferred to his "manager", who dismissively quipped "maybe I can pull some strings". I love good humor, but she wasn't joking; she was flippant and full of attitude. I commented that their system problem wasn't our fault and we needed some assurance we could return the phone. The manager interrupted me and said the system being down "wasn't (their) fault either". At this point, I should have realized I couldn't trust anything this person said, but again, I reconfirmed that we could return the phone the next day. She reluctantly agreed. The following day I brought the phone in myself and found that the only person in the store was "Alex". Alex was helpful and generally upbeat. He mentioned that the "manager had told him about us" and he began the return process. I reached out to my son to get the necessary passwords to reset the phone but soon found that Alex was having problems. Apparently, he was unable to "authorize" the return. He needed Mohammed, who would not be in until the next day. He phoned someone, presumably the friendly manager, but that didn't solve the problem. I asked him what we should do and he said I'd need to come back when Mohammed was there. The next day, my son brought the phone in and spoke with Mohammed. And guess what? He told my son that they could NO LONGER ACCEPT the phone, as it was "past the return date". Concerned, my son called me from the store and I spoke with Mohammad. He was sympathetic but told me he'd been specifically instructed not to accept the return. In addition to that, he was also instructed NOT TO PROVIDE HIS MANAGER'S NAME. You might ask yourself, is this the policy of a legitimate business, to hide the name of the supervisors? How about lying and misleading customers? I have been using Cricket Wireless service for many, many years, but that is about to end. I would recommend for anyone considering doing business with these people that you look at the many fine competitors out there who actually want your business and will work to earn it.

Young guy that wanted to be any where but there so I left and went to Metro and as I was impressed by Metro, there was still some uneasy feeling I kept getting so I went down to the next shopping center and that is where I met Louis and Darlan at Cricket. They both are very knowledgeable and very friendly customer service. I ended up coming back and buying my phone from them and also got 2 free phones. They were able to save me so much money and time. All the questions I had they were able to answer and I plan on sending anyone I know there because I had such and awesome experience that I have never had with any other carrier. As far as Cricket's service, it works just as good as AT&T and Verizon so it is a win win for me.
