I have used Nasr Bros Jewelers to clean my white gold custom made wedding ring for a few years. One time they found a prong missing and fixed it. I trust them. Last November I took them my Mom's 50th diamond anniversary ring that my dad gave me when she passed away. I wanted to have a simple ring made for my daughter using some of the diamonds. That was a success! I was unsure what type of ring I wanted using the remainder of the diamonds. The selection of jewelry here is super limited, and what they have is a little on the pricey side. My wife picked up my favorite watch here about four years ago and it's never missed a beat. I've grown accustomed to eating too many bon bons and cheese, therefore my engagement ring didn't fit the way it did, many moons ago, neither do any of my clothes, but that's a different story. My fingers feel like they're the size of Vienna sausages which is by no means a lovely sight I googled a reputable jeweler close by that did repairs and they were polite and said they could resize my ring within a few days. Later that night, as I was indulging in more cheese, I got a call saying the ring was already done. Talk about lightning fast customer service. When I went to pick it up, it was sized perfectly and they cleaned it my gorgeous ring as well, like it was brand new. I'll be doing business with them going forward and so should you! I had been referred to Nasr by various people and a multitude of amazing reviews from Yelp and had to check them out myself. Even though they couldn't fix the ring I originally visited for (it was impossible, it was a very unique and rare ring from India; the elephant tail enclosed inside the ring was chipped and obviously they didn't have any just laying around the shop, lol) I was still able to get two of my watch batteries replaced in no time. Service was amazing, efficient, and so incredibly nice. Now, here's the good part: after I left the store, I had remembered a specific Alex & Ani bracelet that I wanted a while ago and I called Nasr to see if it was there since I knew they sell the brand in store. After checking and seeing that this store didn't have any, he proceeded to tell me he was going to call around to the other locations for me and call me back once he gets an answer. Talk about world class customer service! Any other person would have just said 'check the other stores' and left it at that. Normally I would not write a review for a business I did not do business with, but I had such a positive experience with this business that I felt compelled to do so. My fiance' and I will be getting married in June and she has a beautiful stone she wanted to re-purpose into a new setting. She sent me several photos of settings she liked. The first time I went to the Rockwall location by myself and was assisted by the store manager, Steven. He quoted me a couple of the styles which my fiance liked. He was incredibly helpful. My fiance and I have been together for years and this is neither of our first marriages so she wanted more input and wanted to look for herself. Steven helped us again and she found a setting we really liked and I found a wedding band as well. We purchased both not only because we really liked the jewelry but because we really liked the whole experience. The next morning my fiance' told me she had trouble sleeping because she felt we jumped the gun too quickly on her setting. She wanted to check out one more place for peace of mind. Well we went and looked and she found one she absolutely fell in love with. Due to a variety of factors, it was too good a deal to turn down. Especially since we were offered a gift card which nearly covered the cost of the wedding band which I really liked. We just happened to walk into a place on the right day where all the factors aligned. Normally when I conduct business it is what it is and tend not to get personal about it but I have to say going in to Nasr and cancelling my order was very difficult. I could it have done it over the phone but I felt I owed it to them to do in person. Steven was gracious and understood. Long story short, when I am in need of jewelry this will be the place I go. This place sucks, and doesn't do quality work. My $300 Michael Kors watch shouldn't be falling apart that quickly after having a few links taken out. They obviously don't know what they're doing. This Place is AMAZING. I live in Los Angeles and was in town for a wedding and needed my watch fixed. Not only did Mr. Nasr personally fix my watch but he did it before the wedding and DID NOT CHARGE ME. I met his brother at the Firewheel location( also a great guy) and told me his brother could fix my watch. These brothers are not only kind, but TRUSTWORTHY BUSINESS MEN.
