A couple weeks later started getting a slow leak in the same tire, figuring the repair was the cause, stopped by to get it looked at. I was in a rush and needed a hitch installed on my 2024 Santa Cruz, I had called many places and no one could get it installed in the short time frame I needed it completed. I called Bamco and spoke with a young man who told me he could get the parts and have it installed on Monday May 5th the day after I purchased the truck. They come to your house and do everything on site and the work was amazing and the price was even better, even beating UHaul's price by over a Hundred dollars. I helped my brother in law move from Lake City FL back to Tampa Bay and the hitch did it's job. I would recommend you get a quote from these gentleman first before looking anywhere else, they were that good. However, when I inquired about the cost, they stated that the necessary part was covered under the recall/ warranty. I had to initiate follow-up contact to inquire about my vehicle's status, as they failed to provide updates or an estimate. The service center held my car for a week, and upon pickup, I was presented with a total bill of $1,750 without prior authorization or a detailed estimate. My service advisor was Josh LaPointe and he was very rude and disrespectful.

We went here a few years ago to get a Truxedo Low Pro Tannow cover put on our Dodge Ram. The…read moreinstall went fine and we didn't have any issues until recently. We went with this brand because we were told it had a lifetime guarantee. The latch wore out and the cover would not stay down. I brought the truck in and asked if we could get it fixed under warranty. Photos were taken and we were told they would file a warranty replacement. Brad told me he would call me. A week goes by with no call. I was told that they were waiting on parts. Two weeks go by. I call. Same story. Three weeks go by. I stop in. I explain I need this replaced so I can move my son home from college. He says he will follow up with the company and call me back. Did I get a call back? No. I called a few days later. A woman answered the call and said she would have Brad call back. Did he call back? No. A month and half goes by. Brad tells me he followed up and they are shipping the items. They will be here Wednesday the following week. I call the following Friday. He states that he doesn't have the parts. He would check. He would call back. Does he call me back? No. At this point it has been over a month and a half. I call Truxedo and ask if Brad from Diversified Creations made a warranty request. Truxedo tells me that there is no warranty request. She calls him and he says he is 'working with his supplier' for the warranty request and Truxedo told Brad they will work with me directly instead. Truxedo tells me that you don't go through suppliers for a warranty replacement - that's isn't how warranty replacements work. Obviously, nobody submitted the warranty replacement. Brad repeatedly told me he would get me the parts and they were on order but never even made the warranty request with Truxedo. Truxedo verified this. If you are too busy, or don't want to bother with the warranty replacement, just tell me so I don't waste my time. Don't give me the run around for almost two months and then make me find out through Truxedo that you never sent in a warranty replacement with them for my issue, even though you told me you did and the parts were coming in. You never bothered to call me back any of the times I called. I do not recommend working with this business.

I scheduled my appointment online, and was on time and even a little early, a drop off for an oil change and after 3 and a half hours of waiting and no oil change I asked for my car and left. I have an older BMW and it was just an oil change so I felt like they just put me on the back burner and made me feel unimportant. I've been to BMW dealerships in Grand Rapids and Traverse City and never had a problem and always had great customer service. Will not return and I have already found other places that seem glad to have my business.
