She was told the break fluid was contaminated and all the rubber seals needed to replaced, quoted her $4700. I was given a rubber seal that could have not possibly came from the cylinder cap. I went home to trim the rubber seal they gave me so it would fit in the cap and came back to find they drove the car out of their garage with no cap on the master break cylinder making it not drivable. Had the car towed to another mechanic who found their claim not to be the case.

I have been made fun of for putting AMSOIL in an economy when I've asked for a filter. I also once yelled at to go to the back counter when I politely asked a staff member where to take recycled oil as it was my first time recycling oil there. Was then spoken to rudely by a cashier another time when I came to get oil and they asked if I needed a filter and I told them I already bought one online. They insisted I should buy the filter there next time (although I avoided this because of the earlier encounter). Overall great selection and nice store, but not the nicest people.
