Guy in the back that helped us with the battery's was so rude he had an attitude as soon as we asked for the battery, it only got worse from there because right after he told us the price it's my first time replacing my battery I found one for $30 cheaper he gets angry and says I canceled everything you guys can leave and shop else where very rude never going back there! read more

I've been going here for 30 years, and always had great service. They are always willing to answer any questions. A couple years ago I was in an accident and could not drive, so while my wife drove me there to get a turn signal bulb. Just as she opened the door to go in, the owner, Steve and another worker came out. I rolled down the window and asked for help getting the bulb. They said sure. When they came out, they had the bulb and screwdrivers. They then proceeded to change the bulb without even asking. Just doing the right thing! Cant get any better that that! read more

This is my second choice to Autozone for a couple reasons...but it's still a great second choice. It's not quite as clean and organized as Autozone which makes finding things a little bit more difficult. The employees are also not quite as friendly, but they also seem more knowledgeable, so that's a trade off. The part selection they stock here is pretty great...so if I need something a bit more obscure than normal, they're a better bet than Autozone. So, while this is my second choice, it's a great second choice and I end up here about half the time I've needed something so far. read more

I normally don't have an issue with this Murray's but I called about a part for my Jeep and the person taking my call told me to come on up and that he would have it when I got there. I drove up to the "sorry were closed" sign flipped on the door. Don't know why they told me to come up if they weren't going to take my business. Taking my business elsewhere. read more
