After searching for 2 years for help, being refused by 5 other chiropractors (they were afraid to get involved); I found Dr. Francis Ermilio at Gold Star Chiropractic. He is HONEST. He fixed the neck, spine in one treatment. I could use my arm! No more vertigo, the eyes... healed. I am still healthy, no vertigo... in year 2023! Thank God for this man! A nice Spanish man I met on the street one day referred me to Dr. Ermilio. PT and OT and the L{Ns are the only things making the place bearable. Family members cannot get in contact with anyone on the staff and the Administrator spends more time walking the parking lot looking for parking violations than worrying about running the facility.God forbid you should be a lucid patient and expect to be treated kike a human being not just a check from Medicare. We cannot say enough good about the professional expertise and compassionate care of the staff at this facility. We sleep worry-free at night knowing our family member is getting the best care and we will be notified if we are needed. We are grateful for the patience of the staff who are always ever ready to answer our questions, calm our fears and support us in this difficult journey.
