Great thing about Anytime Fitness is the ability to work out anywhere there is a Anytime Fitness gym. After 30 days, you are granted access to any of the gym locations even outside the US for a low monthly fee. And get this, ALL the gyms are open 24/7. Keep in mind, the staff hours are limited so if you need assistance, you're going to have to go in during regular business hours. They also offer group/personal training classes which I don't care too much about. I get my workout in and get out. It's got everything I need and then some. When you walk in you'll be able to see a shelf of cubbie storage where you can put your keys and other miscellaneous stuff. In addition to plenty coat hangers, there is a shoe rack as well. I really appreciate that little area so people don't drag their wet shoes along the hardwood floor to get to the restrooms on the other side. This gym has everything anyone needs, although the lifting stations and free-weights area are cramped. The free weight benches are somewhat of an hindrance at this particular location due to the space constraint so if you are by the free weights, you'll notice you won't have much room to roam freely. Stuff have to be moved around on occasion even when you're working out by yourself... Some AF locations have lockers but this one does not. It is a safe gym with camera rigged everywhere especially the entrance area. I've been to several locations around a few states and all the gyms are set up pretty much the same plus or minus a few workout equipment like jump ropes, boxes for box jumps and plyometrics/yoga/stretching area. It varies from gym to gym as these gyms are franchised out. If you want to bulk up, you can do so at an Anytime Fitness gym but don't expect the same number of workout benches and/or weightlifting stations compared to World's/Gold's Gym... If you want to lose weight and tone, you can also do that here. Tons of cardio machines and are greatly maintained. The thing I really like about these gyms is there is always almost no one there so you can get an efficient and effective workout whenever you feel like it. Don't get me wrong though, I don't mind working out with equally minded people who are trying to get their workouts in... I just can't stand groups of 3-5 people at a given station just chatting about last night with the hot chick or what not.

My wife and I chose this location for the care of our newborn son. When you walk inside the clinic…read morethe first thing you realize is there is no privacy at all in there. All of the patient seating is right in front if the check-in desk. So if you have to provide insurance info, pay a bill, whatever, you always have all the waiting patients watching and well within earshot. Then we went into one of the clinic's treatment rooms. It was the smallest room in a clinic I've ever seen. With the baby stroller, it was unbearably tight in there. The nurse told us, "all the rooms are like this", agreeing it was not well suited for anyone other than a single patient. The wait times were horrible. From start to finish we spent 2 hours minimum at this clinic. One time, my wife and I spent almost 45 minutes waiting for a nurse to come in to help us schedule the next appt after the doc left. I won't say the name of our general practice doctor, but though they were very nice, they generally had no idea what was going on with our baby. We went with a general practice doc because we wanted them to continue caring for our son as he grew up. We also had two instances where the doc had no idea what was wrong with our son, and called us later to say they "did some research" and had ideas. Yeah, you mean "googled it", right doc?

I have scheduled several appts at this location, and well over half of them were canceled and…read moreneeded to be rescheduled. I don't go to the doctor often, so this is very frustrating. With this last cancelation, staff tried to blame me for scheduling it as a nurse only visit. I told them it was a front desk issue. This appt was made 3 months ago for a medication follow-up with my provider at the FRONT DESK. They called me 1 week before my appt and canceled it, knowing my provider is booked out until the end of September. I was told that I would not be able to get my medications refilled until I have an in-person visit with her for a follow-up. So now I have to go a month and a half without medications. I'm not sure how the state can allow this place to still be open. After reading some of these reviews, it is apparent that they do this a lot. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone.
