I have now come to Body Serene 3 times and each visit has exceeded my expectations. It is my understanding that the spa and Mira Salon have now joined forces, so some of the menu items have changed. Anywho, I knew I wanted to get a pedicure, but had recently broken one of my nails on a run. The technician was gentle and efficient, even putting down some synthetic tape and filing it down so my nail could be painted evenly. The results were better than I could have ever hoped. My only negative was not being able to stay longer to take advantage of their customer appreciation special -- a 50-minute massage or facial for just $50! You are guaranteed to leave feeling refreshed and relaxed, and I may even venture into the salon for a hair cut next time.

If there are issues with your treatment, you may not receive a call back for weeks, and instead might have to keep calling them. I purchased the laser nail treatment with the "written guarantee". Before originally scheduling in January 2014 I confirmed over the phone that this was a money back guarantee, and the answering staff member confirmed yes, that they've never had anyone that the treatment didn't work on. One year and 3 treatments later, after following all instructions perfectly in addition to going above and beyond to be sure I was doing my part, my nail situation is worse, not one bit better. I was assured the entire time that I just needed to continue following instructions and scheduling appointments. No results. Now they're refusing a refund, stating that it's just a written guarantee that it works, meaning they'll continue treating at "no cost". I'd rather get that whopping $500 back for this bogus treatment then continue playing this game. Now I have to take Lamisil and risk my liver, or just live with this problem forever. Don't waste your money. I'm very disappointed.
