He was so engaging and made both my husband and I feel so at ease. I thought it would be so awkward given that I was to be topless in front of a man with my husband there, but Dr Rosen was so professional it was no issue at all. There were various implant sizes and you got to try out the size you were comfortable with. The most difficult part of that was managing my husbands expectations! So after the sizing was discussed and we came to an agreement on size and what would work for my body and the look I wanted to achieve. I booked my surgery date there and then knowing that if i mulled over it i would never do it. That was so easy to do and organising payment was a breeze. Everything was explained thoroughly and i was so excited! A week before surgery I have my pre-op appointment, we confirmed sizes and exactly what was going to happen. Last minute I asked Dr Rosen if he would be able to correct my c-section Scar as I had an unsightly over hang. He was so accommodating and they were able to schedule this procedure at the same time. OMG what was i doing!!! On the day of the surgery i was super nervous, however Dr Rosen greeted me and as always made me feel so comfortable. I was in his safe hands and had nothing to worry about. He marked me up with the Sharpie and there was no going back. Last thing I remember before going to sleep was Dr Rosen telling me that everything was going to be ok and how amazing it was going to be. What a wonderful person!!! I recently had my upper eyes done and breast implant removal. Everything that he has done has been amazing work. He has talked me out of procedures over the years because he is the most honorable and ethical doctor that I ever met. He wants you to be happy in the end and for that reason, he won't do work that isn't in your best interest. I am so happy with my appearance and have confidence that I wouldn't have for a woman of my age if it weren't for him. I wouldn't trust anyone else's hands other than his! He's a genius and a true artist. We are so lucky to have him in Allentown. My experience at Sacred Heart has also been wonderful, absolutely nothing but praise for the caring people at that hospital. A few weeks of 2 rounds of antibiotics resulted in another $53 follow up appointment where he told me I was totally clear. Only to call back and say he looked at the wrong patient's chart and misguided me. So I tried to schedule another appointment and the inside office people treated me like a new patient and tried to have me do another CT scan. No one knew who I was and I was not a priority as a patient. Finally scheduled surgery. Jessica from the office called and told me the only option for payment was to pay up front out of pocket. I asked about payment options because I have never known a medical bill to be collected up front 100%, she told me that was the only option. So I called a week later to cancel my surgery because it just didn't feel right. Cheryl (surgical coordinator) was incredibly unprofessional and rude in handling my request to cancel. I told her about the request to pay up front and how I was uncomfortable with that. She put me on hold, came back and said she spoke with Jessica and Jessica told her she offered me payment plans that I declined. 100% not true. When I told Cheryl that was not true her verbatim response was, "Well Jessica doesn't lie so you must have misunderstood." I have never felt like less of a medical patient and uncomfortable with a medical provider. Cheryl literally called me a liar because there's no way what Jessica said could be untrue. Completely disrespectful of them and they made zero effort to make me feel better about any part of the process. Shame on you Jessica and Cheryl. You should be embarrassed. You don't deal with customers, you deal with patients. And you will deal with fewer and fewer if you continue to treat them like that.

Blamed me and was extremely condescending and rude !!! I had to have a six hour reconstructive surgery that was not successful . My reconstructive surgeon in Philadelphia was unable to fix his mistakes. Fast forward 2025 I am now struggling with a continued collapsed valve I still have a perforation and during Larry Feiners surgery nerves must've been damaged and I now suffer from maxillary pain and not sure if it will ever go away . My quality of life will never be the same because of this surgery . He also took away the look of my nose which i loved & now left me with a nose i never wanted !!!!!!! if I could go back in time I would've run the other way.
