After we moved to Sienna, I tried taking them to a local pediatric dentist for convenience. That visit was a huge disappointment--they recommended multiple fillings and other procedures for my daughter that didn't seem right. I decided to drive the 30+ minutes back to this office, and I've never looked back. Dr. Harpavat is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and conservative in her approach. She never recommends unnecessary treatment and always takes the time to explain her recommendations. As a parent, that gives me tremendous peace of mind. Even more impressive, my kids actually love going to the dentist! I certainly don't remember feeling that way as a child, and I think that says a lot about the caring and welcoming environment she has created. As a microbiologist and scientist myself, I value evidence-based, ethical healthcare providers. I trust Dr. Harpavat completely with my children's dental care. I also can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Lankford, who has been my dentist. Years ago, I suffered an injury that fractured my front tooth and damaged several lower teeth. Eventually, the root of the crowned front tooth became infected and could not be saved. Dr. Lankford guided me through every step of the process, referred me to an outstanding oral surgeon for my implant, and later restored it with a beautiful, high-quality crown. Throughout the entire experience, he was compassionate, supportive, and always available to answer my questions. The final result looks and feels amazing, and I couldn't be happier. His skill, honesty, and attention to detail are exceptional. Both Dr. Harpavat and Dr. Lankford are dentists I trust completely. They are knowledgeable, ethical, conservative in the best way, and genuinely care about their patients. Even though we now live in Sienna, it's absolutely worth the drive to continue seeing them. I recently had a crown pop off and went to another dentist out of travel convenience and it was a nightmare that Dr. Lankford had to fix. The other doctor was going to place a crown over an old filling and decays, but luckily their permanent crown broke upon seating and I was able to see Dr. Lankford for a second opinion. The nitrous was 1/3 of the cost of the other office I went to and my crown was extremely reasonably priced. I was comfortable the entire time and my coworker I referred here also relayed to me she's never felt so comfortable and at ease at a dentist. I will never see another dentist as long as I live in the Houston area.

I work a full time job and it is hard for me to request days off last minute. Fast forward today my son has an appointment for filling and extractions 1/5/26 I received call this morning 1/2/26 stating the surgeon won't be in and if I could bring him in today. I already previously took off for 1/5/26 which is the appointment date THEY provided me just to be hit with the same issue. My son is on holiday break and ate after midnight which means he can't have the procedure done due to food restrictions after midnight. The last minute requests and scheduling is horrible with this organization along with the accomdtaions for patients. Now I'm forced to find another place that actually cares about our time and our dental care. Truly disappointed, especially since my son really needs his fillings right away.

After hearing so many horror stories regarding children who were sedated during their dental…read moreprocedures, I wasn't ready to have my four year old son go through that. My son had major tooth decay, which also affected his smile. I was worried that he'd have to undergo sedation, so my pediatrician recommended Dr. Hogan. Dr. Hogan is absolutely wonderful - after X-rays and examinations, he explained what was wrong and why he felt that sedation was necessary, although he does try to avoid that route. He went through every detail on what needed to be done and even offered different alternatives that would be more affordable. The days following my son's scheduled procedure, Dr. Hogan kept in contact with me and provided me reassurance. I was horrified at the thought of something going wrong during the sedation procedure, but Dr. Hogan patiently went through why he would never allow that to happen, let alone ever put my child in danger. On the day of the procedure, we were running late; however the office staff and Dr. Hogan were very kind and understanding. Although I was not allowed to stay with my son during his dental work, I had no problem - given that the entire staff is focused only on my son and needed to concentrate on making sure he has a healthy smile without any complications. The front office was very accommodating; they kept me updated on my son and also broke down all costs and fees to make sure I understood my charge thoroughly. The waiting room is clean and well kept with wonderful kid friendly decor. Once my son was finished, Dr. Hogan and the anesthesiologist sat down with me and answered any of my questions. Dr. Hogan also contacted me later on that evening to check up on my son. I am so incredibly grateful to have Dr. Hogan as my children's dentist. He genuinely cares for the well being of my child.
