This office made it to my 'Houston's Best' list (public under my profile). Dr. Khuu is the first dentist whom I've felt is an actual doctor who cares about my long-term oral health as opposed to just getting patients in and out of office like many dental offices. Also, I feel like an actual person here, not just a case to bill to insurance. The team is really, genuinely nice. I also love that I actually get to see her for my cleaning. Both Dr. Khuu and Lauren (staff) are meticulous, and I'm very happy with the thorough cleaning (it takes 45 mins to 1 hour, and I'm happy about it) and care I get here. That probably isn't super profitable for the office, yet because they answer all questions thoroughly (if for me, then probably for others as well), there's usually a little bit of a wait, so take that into consideration when you plan a visit. I still would much rather come here than any other dental office. Elyse and others at the front desk are also really nice and detail-oriented. Search no more for a great dental office. Acorn Dental is it. This office made it to my Best of Houston list. P.S. I found out by chance yesterday that there is a Dr. Acorn somewhere whose mail sometimes get sent here, haha. I had to wait 30 minutes for my appointment, which was a little frustrating but I am glad I did. I have good teeth overall except for I'd like to get them cleaned every few months due to a bracket being in my mouth permanently from braces. The doctor ended up cleaning my teeth and I felt like she did a very thorough job. Got my regular dental exam and x-rays. Everything was a breeze. Will definitely be back. Good cleaning job!

They're located off the Katy Freeway near IKEA, on the south side between Wirt and Antoine. The office shares a parking lot with Memorial Tacos, a dry cleaner, and some boutique shops. The parking lot is spacious, so parking is never an issue. Inside, everything is spotless and modern. The front desk staff are always kind, competent, and welcoming. Their hygienists are amazing -- especially Shauna, who is both personable and incredibly skilled. And both Dr. Tran and Dr. Nguyen are outstanding. They're highly competent, never push unnecessary services, and take the time to explain everything clearly. I've been coming here for years, and they've redone a few old fillings from decades ago with excellent results. I always leave feeling confident in their work -- and with a nice little goody bag! The advice they've given me over the years has actually worked, and my dental health is better because of it. I sincerely hope Dr. Tran and Dr. Nguyen keep practicing for a long time, because I'll be coming here for life -- and so will my kids when they're grown.

Took my wife to a different dentist which after the initial visit 80 dollars let her know that the hardware she had was outdated and that several more temporary teeth had hairline cracks and soon to fall out ,teeth weren't porcelain,estimate that was given to remove temps and replace with new permanent porcelain teeth with the newest hardware plus other facial cosmetic that clear choice didn't even address when they removed the original teeth. 13000 +. So don't look away run away or spend your hard earned money for their tv commercials and their uptown offices ,because you surely not paying for grade A teeth. Only good thing I can say about clear choice is the receptionist and assistants are very polite and professional. If I could have given a 0 star rating I would have.

The fact that this one had a wife and young children was just a guise for his malicious hacking of Patterson Dental's public network because he accessed private documents covered under HIPPA laws so very good that they responded with appropriate action and sent the FBI to raid the evil hacker's home with assault weapons. I might even fly an airplane to this dentist even though I'm not even living in Texas.
