The bathroom was down to the studs and needed plumbing and electrical upgrades along with everything else a bathroom is made up of. David showed me choices in vanity and tile and kept me up to date. Did my remodel in 3 1/2 weeks and that's with the tenant living there. The technician they sent, Gary, was very professional and did a great job of explaining the system and the issue. If I could give less than one star I would. I just purchased my furnace less than a year ago and it quit working on one of the hottest days in Salt Lake. I called for service on Friday and was told that the soonest they would be able to get someone out would be Monday. Leaving me to either have to spend additional money that should be covered under warranty or wait until Monday with temperatures expected to be over 100 all weekend. Incredibly horrible customer service. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone as they will leave you to fend for yourself after giving them thousands of dollars for a new unit.

I made several follow-up text and phone calls to the employee and never heard back from him. I found the company and was advised this employee did not work there anymore. Very poor communication within their company as I was never notified regarding his departure or if my job was transferred to another employee. I was advised someone would contact me to get things sorted out. I never heard from anyone. I phoned the next week and was assured by the end of the week someone would call me. I never heard from anybody. My advice would be to not conduct business with a company that does not know how to communicate or return a phone call.
