They have a down-payment $350 and then $415 for 3 payments, total $1,595 for 1yr policy. No other insurance has a down-payment. Never had claim or have any record. I traded my Honda Civic 2018 and purchased a 2024 Honda Civic. Since my policy was paid for 1yr I called to change the VIN's and pay the difference (if any) however I was told that my current insurance doesn't want to insure my car because it's a "new car", then I was offered a different insurance for $4,000(1yr policy). What?!??? Bad! Bad! Bad costumer service/sales! The cancellation process was difficult too, I wrote a cancellation latter on word and emailed it however they said I have to write it by hand. haha Alright, never received a confirmation that my insurance was cancelled, or my money refunded. Super unprofessional. After no reply, I called and was told the policy was cancelled however for the refund amount I have to call back in 3days and check again. I said why you guys don't just refund it when you receive it. You have to call. - he replied. My new policy is with Progressive. Paid in full $756.50 for 6 months policy. Cheaper and better coverage! The differences are big. Deductible for comprehensive and collusion on both is $500, however Bodily injury each accident, medical bills, hit and run coverage is double from my Tarlo policy!
