What an absolute gem of a local store in Sumner. The owner an old timer that is so cool and friendly! He has procured multiple vendors including Elephant records that has an absolute fantastic selection of new and original old records! We need to protect places like this! You know when you've had that bad experience in a store and you think, 'well maybe it was just an off day?' We were shopping today and... it's not an off day for this pair that run the store. They are rude, unhelpful, and condescending. They serve as a very poor team of ambassadors for all the vendors that have great items here. "Well, we certainly don't have a bag that would fit the that!" Me: "Are you aware of any of your vendors that might have... "We have over 70 vendors how would we possibly know that?" They also bicker with each other at the cash register - embarrassing. Sumner is a great little town, with lots of amazing stores, it's too bad these two leave a bad taste in peoples mouths . read more

Not the best customer service. If I were to describe it I would say he was rude and accusatory. I picked up an item somewhere upstairs and wanted to buy it for my best friend, but there wasn't a sticker or tag. I was questioned multiple times if I saw a tag--almost as if it was my fault there wasn't a tag. Similarly to Wolfgang below, I was cut off and told they have over 70 vendors so they wouldn't know who it was from and can't sell it to me. I was pretty offended when it seemed like they thought I would take off a tag from one item--especially when I was purchasing multiple things. read more

While I was there yesterday I struck up a conversation with Pam (owner), she's very personable and helpful and I could tell cared deeply about her community. This is a great little locals antique shop in downtown Sumner. It always has something fun to find. It's just big enough to enjoy a wander but not so large that you're overwhelmed. Very organized with lots of accessible options. They have decent merchandise turnover so there's new stuff each time we go in. Prices are fair and the owner is very kind to us when we check out. read more

Great vendors and fantastic selection. I found quite a few nice items. The only issue is that they charge an additional 3.5% fee for using a card - debit or credit - that they didn't disclose. I was with a friend and she wasn't informed either. The only reason I noticed was because I was over charged for my purchases and had to go back to get it resolved. There is ample ability to have a sign disclosing this up at the register or at the least tell people when they are being rung up. The gentleman running the register literally said "your receipt won't match what you paid" when I want back to dispute my bill. He was resistant to acknowledge that he made an error and was very quick to assume that I couldn't add correctly. I love supporting local businesses and vendors but this interaction left a bad taste. read more

I love this place! Tons of good finds and reasonable prices. I come by once a month or so and always find unique stuff.

My family and I stopped in here today while taking a stroll in downtown Sumner. When we walked in we were greeted by a friendly lady. We weren't sure how happy the employees would be to see us with our three year old son with us and all the tempting things for him to to break...I mean touch. They couldn't have been friendlier and we will be back for sure. The lady was so sweet to my three year old son and even gave him the coolest little car that he hasn't put down since we left. This is a great updated antique mall full of a fantastic mixture of items. It's my daughters and my favorite place to shop in Sumner.

I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service. I've been trying to place an order for the last four days, without any luck. The owner never replied when she said she would, which left me having to contact her again, and again. Her shop is open seven days a week, which I would think would be sufficient time to box up a few items and get them shipped. Again, she said she would contact me first thing this morning, but again, she failed to do so. At which point I cancelled the order, along with my thoughts on her lack of follow through and poor customer service. Her response was, there is no mail on Sundays. What about the other three days that she had? Her manner is very short, she makes no attempt to be friendly, or accommodating. This is really unfortunate, because I would love to be able to support a small business, but that business needs to actually want business. read more
