I ordered a dining room table on 9/15/2024 and when I received the call it was in, I gave away my…read moreold one. When it was delivered the guys stated that they thought this table wasn't what I ordered. They were correct. I ordered an auburn colored table with 2 leaves. The legs were auburn but the top was grey. The 2 leaves were auburn. They called their supervisor and then they told me I could keep the table until the new one came in. Since it was the holiday season, I was grateful since I had dinner parties planned. I called my salesman, R. Kent Scott, the next day to let him know what happened but he wasn't in and never returned my call. Come February, I hadn't heard anything and called Kent again. He was never available and never returned any of my calls. At one point I was transferred to shipping and they said it was coming. I finally went down to the store on March 13th and someone from shipping came out and told me that they would look into it and let me know when I could expect it. It has been over 2 weeks and still no call. I tried calling the manager, Ms Jake Cross, and got the voice mail. Left a message with my problem and asked for a response. Nothing. On 4/3/2025 I tried calling the Bassett Furniture Store complaint line (833-498-6383). It rings and then states that voice mail has not been set up. I had no idea this was such an unprofessional outfit and will definitely recommend no one does business with them. I guess my next recourse is to take them to small claims court and hope to get my money back so I can purchase another one elsewhere.

He told me to go and enjoy my lunch and when I get back if the tire looks better it's because he Was going to fill it up with his air compressor. I just thought that was the nicest thing someone could do for you I didn't ask for his help. He simply offered, went in and got an air compressor and fixed my flat. The man was a gentleman and we need more people like him in our community Thank you thank you.
