I contacted the office seeking assistance obtaining a CPAP prescription after my insurance denied coverage. I was told someone would look into it and call me back, but I never received a follow-up, as typical for this office. Several weeks later, I was contacted as though I already had a CPAP device and needed follow-up care. When I explained that I never received the device because the prescription issue had not been resolved, I was told I needed to schedule an annual examination. When I asked whether it had actually been a year since my last visit, I was told it had not. I questioned why an annual examination was being required before a year had passed, but I did not receive a clear explanation. After posting a review of my experience, I was informed that the physician no longer felt comfortable treating me. The entire history got reduced to my complaint, while all the reasons for the complaint got ignored. read more

Don't go here. I set an appointment for my elderly mother to see the psych doctor but end up with a regular sleep doctor. We spoke for 5min about her case. We decided that we will probably should schedule the psych doctor instead and received a $185.06 bill the next week. Nothing was done & they had the nerve to do that to an elderly woman whose 76yrs old with a fixed income. They don't care!!!! read more

This office is nicely set up and their staff is very warm & welcoming. I was scheduled for a sleep study, which was conducted by a very professional & knowledgeable technician. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. Naturally, I was placed on a CPAP machine, which subsequently I could not tolerate no matter how hard I tried & found myself removing it in my sleep. I consulted with Dr. Willy Chua, who suggested other alternatives like an oral appliance or INSPIRE. This is where the epic fail happened. They referred me to a dentist specializing in the oral appliance so I made the appointment to see him. To my chagrin, this dentist was not in the Tricare network so I unfortunately had to shell out $75 to see him for NOTHING! I get told by the receptionist that the appliance would cost in the thousands! Anyhow, I was highly disappointed that this office did not ensure he was in the network. This was a total waste of my time and hard earned money. I will not be as trustworthy next time. I called Healthnet, who oversees the Tricare referrals, and found a most helpful representative. He informed me that the appliance is considered "durable medical equipment" or DME and it is fully covered without any out of pocket costs for me; even my office visits are 100% covered! I found a fantastic dentist in San Diego and have received my appliance. I truly have ambivalent feelings about this office because I perceive that they did not look out for my best interests or they have little experience dealing with Tricare, I'm not sure. They are professional and have requisite experience as far as conducting sleep studies. They cost me extra money & time. A while back, I was scheduled for an unnecessary appointment. I don't plan to return here for future sleep studies, if needed. I will look for another facility should that need come up. Speaking from experience as a Tricare patient do not rely or trust entities and do your own due diligence by doing your own research because nobody really takes better care of you than you. read more

New, young doc in Temecula but she knows what she is doing. Normally when you go to see a doctor, the doctor is ALWAYS late. This one wasn't. The appointment did not feel rushed and she took the time to do a proper exam. The office is brand new and very clean. The rest of the staff was friendly too. I will NOT be going back to my old pulmonologist. Definitely request your primary care doc to refer you here. read more

I only gave this one star because I couldn't give them no stars . I saw the only psychiatrist they have on staff. It was a terrible 6 months of bad care. First this man suggested a medication that was not covered by my insurance. He obviously got compensated for prescribing this medication from the dozens or more of the free samples he had on hand as well as all the brochures in the office. Then he prescribed a medication that caused insomnia . After 3 days of not sleeping I was back in his office with yet another co-pay. He suggested I let my body get used to the medication for a few weeks. No sleep for a couple of weeks ? What kind of ridiculous suggestion is that? Ultimately, I was forced to make another appointment , another co-pay, only to have him say he couldn't treat me because of his lack of expertise. He couldn't tell me that via the phone ? When I asked for my co-pay back for this ridiculous appointment, the office refused. They said my insurance told them not to. I called my insurance and they told me that wasn't true it was up to the discretion of the office. Don't go to this clinic. read more

We haven't been to Dr white's in almost 3 years but the pleasant people here hasn't changed. We came in on time and seen like in a minute ! Very friendly staff and doctor and they get stuff done . Shoutout to MA Anthony, great guy! I highly recommend this place if you need a pulmonologist. read more

This pulmonologist and her entire office staff are outstanding. Well organized, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful with everything from insurance to coordinating care with other doctors and for other tests. No rushing. They all take time explaining everything and answering all my questions. Highly recommend. read more
